Hotel beautiful and new, breakfast very rich of everything.
We had two trouble.
-Management-they mistake the room and after two days needed to change because our reservation was in a room smaller than that.
-ANTS ANTS- we had invasion of ants in a room on the Fifth foot. A day when we woke up around furniture the were a lot of ants.
In my opinion they could result those situation.

Hotel that fully represents the 4 stars, top cleaning, staff with a high level of kindness, rooms furnished with taste and very modern, and with attention to all details, large bathroom, the only reason I did not give 5 points is the location not because it is far from the sea but it is located in a slightly dark street with some bars or sandwich shops that make it seem like a not very quiet area, but for everything high level

Very good hotel. Excellent location. Very close to the beach. Reasonably close to the center (half an hour walk). Very nice staff. Very helpful, despite the language problem. At the reception you can get by with English, but communicating with the cleaners and other staff is difficult. Only downside was the lack of parking. There are very few parking spaces. This is always a problem in Monte*****. Wherever you go, the parking spaces are simply full.

Excellent hotel. Nice room and very friendly staff. We had room with balcony and sea view. Good breakfast. Like 6 - 7 minute walk to great beach. Supermarket very close by. Same for good restaurants. I sure recommend this hotel and a vacation here.

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue trop fréquentée, sans prévenir que le parking est payant en surplus et à réserver. Nous avons par chance trouver une place proche mais c'est un réel enfer. La chambre est vraiment très bien, c'est le gros point positif de l'hôtel (probablement le seul). Le personnel est peu accueillant, certains réceptionnistes maîtrisent à peine l'anglais. La jeune réceptionniste est néanmoins absolument charmante, merci à elle d'avoir rendu notre séjour un peu meilleur. L'hôtel est dit "restaurant" mais, hormis au petit-déjeuner, il n'y a aucune possibilité de se restaurer...

Хороший новый отель с современным дизайном, очень уютный. Внимательный персонал отеля - помогали быстро решать вопросы на рецепшен, создавали приветливую атмосферу, ощущение что ты в гостях, а не в отеле. Уборку и замену полотенец делали каждый день. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. В номерах красивые ширмы с подсветкой, удобные кровати и подушки. Небольшой минус - не хватает мест хранения вещей. Шкафы рассчитаны для тех, кто едет в бизнес командировку, а вот для семейных номеров в курортной зоне их не хватает. Расположение. Идти до пляжа минут 7-8, но проблем это не создавало, даже с детьми. Также рядом супермаркет, магазинчики и овощная лавка. Мы остались довольны выбором отеля

Отдыхаем сейчас в этом отеле, все очень нравится, на ресепшн встретили приветливо, дружелюбно, заселили нас в семейный номер с балконом с видом на море, номер симпатичный, просторный, сантехника новая, все работает, на балконе есть столик со стульями. Отель находится недалеко от хорошего пляжа, правда надо перейти через дорогу, но там есть пешеходный переход, правда когда переходишь дорогу, надо убедиться, что тебя пропускают. Рядом есть магазин, овощная лавка, даже маленький фэст фуд, где жарят стейки, готовят сэндвичи, правда мы туда еще не ходили. Расположение отеля хорошее, как мне кажется, до старого города Будвы 40 мин пешком, по дороге куча кафешек. По поводу завтраков, то всегда найдется что покушать, нам с детьми нравится, яичница 2х видов, сосиски, хлопья, гранола, хлеб, пршут, колбасы, круассаны, что-то еще из сладкого, фрукты, овощи, соки, голодным не останешься. Сейчас я так поняла мало людей в отеле, поэтому нам очень комфортно. Уборка в номере каждый день. Мы не капризные, поэтому нам все очень нравится. Процветания отелю!
