Good spot outside London Parking only need £5 Perfect Have Morrison nearby Around £5 for head for breakfast

at first i booked one night family room and queen room for 6 of us. as we were going to london the next day and just visited oxford, this hotel just perfect for us. plenty of car parks. and food is halal , that s why the hotel rated muslim friendly. we tried the buffet breakfast and just great for a start to london trip. because of convenience and great stay, my hubby extend another 3 nights stay here before we flew back to Malaysia. Hope to return to this hotel again in the near future. Love Borehamwood. And Lazar, one of the evening staff that we first met, you welcomed us warmly and responded well to our needs. We stayed here on Friday night, having driven 2 hours to get here, it really was the perfect place to stay over. Our check in was efficient, the cookie an added bonus. The room was lovely and spacious with all amenities. The overall hotel and room was lovely and clean, airy and very well organised. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant buffet. Only downfall was the size of the shower. It was a struggle to enter and exit cubicle especially when the rain shower was on, tad on the small size.

It’s was a great experience with kids. Clean, reasonable value breakfast was good and staff were excellent. Would highly recommend

The hotel is good. but the staffing needs more training in customer services and attention to details

Pros, good breakfast, good gym, plenty of parking. Cons. Someone had puked in the sink and blocked it which I found out when entering the room, this was resolved, but not cleaned particularly well or disinfected and not offered another room. Rooms are a little old and dated, doors are paper thin, can hear a pin drop in the corridor. Don’t get the room next to the ‘managers office’ , you can hear them all the time clearly

The hotel was good but noisy. For some reason the hotel had no record of my payment and the staff did not seem to have any knowledge of Trip.com.
