Unfortunately our stay was awful. Our room had an ant infestation and they were even in the bed! We were there for an overnight stay on our way home to Adelaide from Ballarat. This was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. It is old, the bathroom badly needs updating and although the bed was comfortable and clean we will never stay there again.

Very nice stay. Room price was reasonable and aesthetics were fine. Had a double bed and single bed, air con, TV. Was clean and bathroom is sizeable. Close to other rooms but is what it is and not a big deal. Absolutely perfect for 1 or 2 nights on a road trip.

I seem to keep finding these places. You know; doesn't look like much on the outside, but when you open the door to a pleasant surprise. It's clear that someone is lavishing some love on this place. Our room, although small was clean, comfortable and had everything we could ask for for an overnight stay.

Great value for a road trip. Stayed one night on the way to Adelaide and one on my return trip. Clean, comfortable and staff very helpful. It has all the basics. I stayed in the economy room and delux, both good for 1 person. Away from the highwayso quiet. Aircon, tv, fridge and wifi.

We stayed one night to break up the journey to Adelaide. Up graded rooms in an old style country motel. Basic small room & bathroom, very comfortable bed. Good quality tv, the room comes with a microwave & toaster. On a quiet street. Plenty of choices for meals nearby. Great value for price paid.

The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 105 On The Park. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Had a great nights sleep with no road noise at all. Thanks 105 On The Park, we will be back!

Looks older on the outside, but open the door and the room is as modern as anything else. Friendly welcome, good car parking. The hotel is off the highway which is nice. The bed is comfortable and so are the chairs. Shower is good. Would definitely stay here again.
