Great hotel with a great view, also staff friendly but some amenities are missing. They have not a single hair brush and body wash sponge.

It is the best location in Boracay. It is located near both White Beach and D'Mall, so you can enjoy everything in Boracay on foot. The staff is friendly and the pool condition is very good. Especially, you can see the ocean from the rooftop pool. You will realize that there is a reason why there are many Koreans.

As soon as I came out of the hotel, the white beach was spread out and it was so nice. I brought a shower filter, but it was completely clean and there was no pollution. The water quality was good and there were no bugs. I am satisfied.

My suggestion is not to recommend!
We were assigned to the end room with a window view of the construction site (picture 3, it was very noisy and there were construction workers outside). Our two bookings stayed for almost five days. It was clearly stated that the room could be exchanged, but the same thing happened even if the room was not exchanged. No refunds.
There is no room service at all. I pressed the button to arrange the room and went out, but no one came at all. I had no choice but to change the bath towels at night.
A 12-year-old child needs to pay 2,500 pesos per day as a check-in fee, but they are not even given an extra towel. The room costs about 1,500 pesos a night, which ruins our entire vacation.

The hotel has a good location, just near dmall. The beach is just outside the door. Passing through the coconut trees is the place where you can take a crab boat to watch the sunset in the evening. The sunset in Boracay is really beautiful.
The hotel itself is very large and there is still construction. There is an Internet celebrity water bar on the rooftop. The food in the water bar is quite delicious. The hotel is opened by Koreans and has many rules. The room of the same 30 square meters does not feel as big as the Mandarin. The balcony of Crystal is too small, which is not convenient for drying clothes. I have to change two or three sets of clothes a day on the island. It is too inconvenient to have no place to dry clothes.

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time.
It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed.
Will stay in this hotel again next time.
