Fantastic location at station 1 and a good hotel. We would not class it as a five star hotel, more like a four star. We would not recommend the breakfasts, plenty of better places closer, it is not a buffet style and the food presentation can be poor. No hot water during our whole visit (warm at best).
The staff at times are friendly but not as good as other five star hotels that we have stopped in.
The spa treatments were very good, the gym was basic and had poor lighting.

It's right in front of Station 1, but it's a bit far from White Beach. But Station 1 is much less crowded and more comfortable, so I think the location was really good. You can quickly get to Dimall by tuk-tuk. The staff were all really friendly, so I was really satisfied with the service throughout my stay. But the room is a bit different from the picture. I was especially surprised that the bathroom was very different from the promotional picture. There were also a few bugs coming in.

The hotel is very good. Two two-meter large beds are simply great for our family with two children. It is located in the best location of S1 Beach. The sea is right outside. The breakfast is also good, but it is not a buffet, but it is enough.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Our arrival experience was very welcoming. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had an amazing stay in Boracay. We love that the hotel is right on the beach. The sea view from our room is a big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching nature at its finest. My only complain so far was when the power went off in the room, I called the receptionist to ask. The receptionist answered and tells me there is a power outage and from 6AM to 6PM and they apologize for the inconvenience. I hang up thinking there’s nothing we could do. My husband wasn’t happy about the absence of AC so he calls them again after a couple of hours of enduring the heat and humidity to ask why we don’t have power. So the person on the other end send someone to fix our key connection switch. The receptionist that answered my call the first time should have handled it a different way. He should have been a bit more accommodating in trying to help instead of just saying they are sorry and it is what it is. The hotel is rated 5 stars after all.
