We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel. There was a kitchen in the room so we were able to cook. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in an hour early. I'd like to stay here again.

Good hotel for the money!
Clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool on the roof from which it is convenient to watch the sunset.
When going to the beach, the hotel provides beach towels.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
The only downside is the tired furniture in the cafe and the specific breakfasts (the hotel administration warns in advance that the breakfasts are Filipino), but you can find something interesting for breakfast

The location is very good, close to the beach, within a 10-minute walk to Dmall. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it is filling. You can see the sunset from the rooftop swimming pool
