My husband and I had 4 days booked in a handicap accessible room at Quality inn Boonville MO from Sunday June 16 to Thursday June 20. This concerns that stay. I am on a walker. I need handicap accessible, my wife called ahead to confirm you had handicap accessible rooms available, and frankly I don’t know how it’s called that. The walking space was barely wide enough for a walker, no way for a wheelchair. The shower had one grab bar, shower seat that didn’t really fit, and not even a walk in shower, but a tub! And no grab bars for the toilet area. We don’t expect fresh sheets but the one trash can in the entire room was never emptied. But that’s not why I’m writing. I also use a CPAP machine. When I got to the hotel, I first set it up in the room and all it would do is give me a “code 006” and reset itself once before shutting down. After 2 nights without a useable CPAP machine, we had to leave for back home before we intended to. So we checked out Tuesday June 18, 2 days early. For the “Early Departure Surcharge” it was $69.01, while my leaving early was a medical necessity. On the plus side, all your employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good too. If you total this up, it was a bad experience.
