Amy and Tasha were awesome. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. They made our night by hooking up with something as simple as shredded cheese for our tacos. Would definitely stay here again just because of those two ladies.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled the world. There are random fluid stains on the walls, the sofa can't be sat on because it is so busted and dipped in the middle, the curtains don't cover the windows, the aircon return is so thick with dust the aircon is constantly kicking in and out, all the chairs are ripped, the carpet is loose and rippled in the middle, it is fraying where it connects to the tiles, the coffee machine wasn't all there so couldn't even make a coffee, both showers have stains and rust, the floor has so much built up gunk in the grout and around the edges you can almost see it crawling. The hotel is exceptionally noisy and party central. Absolutely atrocious.

The positives- the staff I met were very friendly and kind. The breakfast staff, Marsha Tritsh, Shawnna Murrison-Cayugal did a great job having breakfast ready. Negatively- The rooms could be cleaner. The shower and bathroom. There was toothpaste on the wall in one of the bathrooms. There was food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen when I checked in. The furniture is worn and dirty. I like the set up of the apartment style rooms I enjoyed my time here.

The condition and upkeep of the room was unbelievable. The room darkening/privacy panels, and well as the sheers/curtains had huge rips. The pullout sofa had visible stains and the two vinyl chairs accompanying the table were torn. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t latch, much less lock. The shower liner was too short allowing water to spill into the floor following our showers. There were no luggage racks and the room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Although no fault of the hotel, around 10PM, the occupants across the hall were cooking and obviously burned something. The odor emitted was unbearable as it filled the hallway and our room. One star is for our request to move to another room, and for the variety of food selection at breakfast . This is hotel is definitely NOT Marriott property quality. I wouldn’t recommend.

Spur of the moment trip to Cincinatti - We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. Being a family of 5 adults, we loved the 2 bedroom suite, room to be together and have private spaces too. Having the kitchen area was such an added bonus. We enjoyed the sparkling pool. Next time, we will plan ahead and set aside time to grill out and lounge around the fire pit.
