Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Boone

Everything was great!. However, I would like to have had safety bars in the shower. The bed was very comfortable except too high for me to easily get into.

It was a Wonderful place and we enjoyed the staff and the amenities. It was very clean and beds were comfy. We loved the convenience of it to highway 30. It was awesome they had all kinds of brochures for area sites.

Great hotel! Very clean and quiet. Nice location which was also convenient. We found it very peaceful and the staff friendly. Breakfast was okay. Seemed like the person in charge of continental breakfast also had desk duty so maybe stretched too thin to keep up. Overall a positive experience.

My reservation had been lost, after I booked two months in advance with a credit card. I called the week of, and they did not have my reservation, but did know I was coming from out of state and had a record of my email address, just no reservation. I was able to rebook, but a king bed was no longer available. I found out later my aunt and uncle’s reservation had been lost as well and they are the brides parents! Luckily someone in the wedding party switched rooms with them, otherwise they would have had to stay somewhere else on the wedding night, the person that switched did. The bed was the best thing about staying here. The staff was non existent. The ONLY time I saw someone was when I checked in, and there were a line of people trying to check in, and no one at the desk for 10 minutes. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10, but breakfast meats and coffee had run out at 8:30, once again with no one at the desk to let them know. And no one refilled anything, as I sat downstairs and had yogurt from the fridge and visited until 9:45. I stayed 2 nights, 3 days and did not see anyone staffing the desk my whole stay, and I walked thru the lobby several times, as I was coming and going. My room still had glitter on the sofa and on the bathroom floor from the previous person when I arrived. The bed was super comfortable. And because we were there with other people for a wedding we were unable to switch hotels, otherwise we would have. Customer service is not a thing for this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Definitely the nicest of the 4 hotels in town. Very helpful and friendly staff. I always choose to stay here when I need a hotel in town. Parking is close and easy. The bed is comfortable. Many pillows provided on the beds.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and easy to move around in the dining area. The employees were all very pleasant. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Everything was marked out and easy to find.
