The spa, room and the atmosphere are awesome and in general relaxing. However, the restaurants were a big disappointment. The service at dinner was bad and took ages. We ate at Izakaya and were told by the head waiter that the name means that all portions are served at the same time. At first I got one and my partner two out of three. We ate the served dishes and waited and waited. Remaining dishes were brought only after we notified that we are still missing half of the food. The concept izakaya didn’t really work, and the quality wasn’t that good either. Also the atmosphere and interior design of the restaurant fell badly short compared to our expectations and the other premises. The same disappointment continued at breakfast where, dispite the requirement to book time, there was no one checking if we arrived at the right time nor was there any tables free. It took a while to find a place to eat since the restaurant was packed and extremely noice. Tranquility was far from this. There were also quite many people wearing their own swimwear and clothes, which felt disturbing given the idea of harmony. One group even had their phones out and were wearing party hats at the bath area…
