Great location and very friendly staff. The literal easiest check in experience I’ve ever dealt with. Comfortable beds and good television. Only issue is that none of the USB ports in any of the lamps worked; they were all visibly broken so I couldn’t charge my phone due to losing my block. Ample parking though! Also good amenities like mini fridge and microwave in the room, a pool, and a 24/7 fitness center.

I gave a less than favorable review to Manager "Ray" and this "hotel", if you will. I'm going to post another to show you what lengths IHG Corporate did to " make things right". After posting a negative review of this POS, he cancelled my next business stay and didn't even notify me. He told the staff to tell me I wasn't welcome anymore because I "caused problems". They informed me after I worked all day in KC and drove up to Bonner Springs, at check-in time! He has no social life, apparently, as he works the night shifts by himself and then makes disgusting things he calls breakfast. Just out of curiosity, myself and another safety and health inspector took the sausage gravy spoon and marked an " x" on the inside of the liner bag. Lo and behold, it was still there two days later! That's how you REALLY make money, is by re-serving food until it turns into a lab experiment. I have ceased using this HIE property due to health concerns. Ol' Ray needs to stay out of the breakfast area and keep himself in Mom's basement. Corporate apparently did not remove him or even discipline him. No points rewarded, no replacement stay offers, no apologies. Nada.

Wonderful Stay
The double queen room was very spacious. It was immaculately cleaned. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and choices. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful when we needed anything. The hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend!
