There was no reception, the keys were left for us in the machine .. the machine was not working properly at the start and we had to keep trying for 1 hour and it’s very confusing to understand. It was far from everywhere and not suitable for families. But suitable for students.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.

Das Eincheken war problematisch, da wir keine Buchungsnummer bekamen, mit der man den Schlüssel aus dem Automaten bekommt. Erst nach langem Telefonieren haben wir die Buchungsnummer bekommen. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Der Boden klebte, als hätte man dort Cola verteilt, die Fliesen im Bad waren z.T. zerschlagen, die Lampe hing schief. Kotreste und Gegenstände waren in der Toilette. In die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Es war keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Selbst über den Telefonservice konnte der Housekeeping Service nicht erreicht werden. Wir haben uns entschieden nicht dort zu übernachten. Auf e-mails reagiert die Hotelverwaltung leider nicht. Fazit: schlechter Service und dreckiges Zimmer. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
