I booked two rooms at this hotel through ******* for what was meant to be a very special birthday celebration for my daughter. Unfortunately, in the chaos of planning around her actual birthday, I accidentally scheduled the reservation for the wrong weekend. By the time I realized the mistake, it was too late—I had already been charged over $400 for rooms we never stayed in. I immediately contacted *******, who assured me they would try to help secure a partial refund or a credit to rebook for the correct dates in the future, especially since I still planned to stay at the hotel. However, the hotel completely ignored all outreach—not just from me, but from ******* as well. I escalated the matter through Holiday Inn corporate and still never heard back. Given the circumstances and the fact that I was still hoping to rebook for the correct dates, the lack of any response is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way a business responds to those moments matters. If this is how they treat guests, especially during meaningful life events, it’s deeply disappointing. I expected better from Holiday Inn and will think twice before booking here again.

It was scary and disappointing to interact with people that looks wasn’t very decent rainbow hair colors??? Place was dirty pillows smells we are from iowa and this hotels are always nice what happened here ???
