The hotel is new and modern. Although it is small, we can still lay out two big suitcases. The location is okay, with a nearby train station, multiple bus stops, and the Westfield shopping mall. The staff are nice, and it’s good to have a refill water station on every floor. However, the cleaning service is only provided on the fourth day of the stay, which is too long. You can request them to empty the trash bins and change towels every day, though.

Good location for exploring Sydney. Near to train and bus station.
Hotel was brand new so all facilities were in great working condition.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bar/Cafe area has greats spaces to hang out.
Rooms facilities were spot on and rooms are adequate size for 2. Laundry and gym areas on top floor have good views and have outdoor seating also.
