Overall, our stay was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quality of our room was below par. Water damage within the walls was painted over. Paid parking for a subpar parking lot was not worth the $10 a day. The amenities was great though! Love the front desk staff! They were very enjoyable!

I have been to numerous conferences here over the years and it has been a reliable place to stay. Far enough off the main road that it is quiet but convenient to shopping and restaurants, and 7 miles by expressway to downtown Richmond. Plenty of free parking. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and there is an adequate desk for working. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and good lighting. The front desk service has been friendly. My main complaints are that the wifi is not very strong and the lunch served with conference meals was below average. The breakfast buffet was above average.

We had a great time, the motel, was very Accommodating. The only thing that I Saw wrong, was When I asked for my trash to be picked up and fresh towels I never got my trash picked up they never came in the room to get my trash I did not expect them to remake the beds but at least pick up the trash because I did ask that and I finally got fresh towels about five or 6 o’clock the day of when I asked for towels early on Saturday morning, and I want to come earlier so that I could take a shower but we stayed the whole weekend and we had a great time. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but it was still nice thank you Doubletree by Hilton for our stay!

The only issues ahead with my stay was that there was not really much hot water it was lukewarm and the bed is very small I'm surprised they have beds at small the breakfast looked amazing but I had to get out of the room before I could actually enjoy it I'll be coming back again and highly recommend this property it has kind of a European funky dress to it and it works well for this property the price is fair staff is great

Attended a class at Johnson-Wills Hospital this location was a perfect location to walk to & from the class. The building/property is well maintained not so much for the inside of the elevators & carpets on the different floors. Had dinner at the bar (same food as restaurant) friendly bartender helpful about choices for quick eats. My room was nothing fabulous bed as comfortable pillows were lumpy or hard of like tissue paper I fell asleep anyway. I had a reoccurring concern about a item I needed I spoke with front desk staff three mornings in a row requesting items, unfortunately my request wasn’t met. I left this morning disappointed that I couldn’t be heard. The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff especially Sam a very nice gentleman who was helpful because that’s how he is & he enjoys his job.

Checked in around 4:15 to find two forks laying in the hallway outside my door. Went into the room and everything appeared fairly clean, except some kind of white stain on one of the bed skirts. Went out at 5 p.m. and told the gentleman who checked me in about the forks on the floor. He and another gentleman he was talking to both apologized and said they would take care of it, asking me what room I was in. I also told him that the elevator floor was absolutely filthy. Returned at 9:15 p.m. to find the forks still on the floor-- and elevator floor still dirty as well. Checking out at 8:30 the next morning, yep! Forks are still on the floor in the hallway. Told the gentleman at the desk as I was checking out how dissatisfied I was and some other things that I had noticed just not up to par on a cleanliness level. He apologized, but did not really make any move to credit to my stay or anything else-- jyst gave me extra points! I have stayed at this hotel at least five times in the last 2 years for business, and have never seen it like this.

I had a 70th Birthday Party for my boyfriend this past Saturday. The hotel and banquet staff were amazing. They were helpful and accommodating. Jeanette in the cafe and Elliott at the front desk were the best. I highly recommend this place. Jennifer Bondi and Jennifer Gardner made my event extra special. The entire staff at this hotel did an amazing job.

Very nice facility, the breakfast buffet was the best!! What did she say her name? Sabrina, and Jeanette provided the best customer service ever. Outstanding experience!! Rooms we newly remodeled and renovated!
