前台服務很好，房間很寬敞，衞生很安靜，環境很不錯，前台主動幫忙拿行李送到房間，辦理入住很快，早餐很豐富，值得推薦，下次還會入住。

一般我都不點評酒店，尤其是差評，但今天這個我實在忍不住了。
我入住的時候請前台給我安排一個安靜一點的房間，前台很大方的説給我升級了房型，給個好評就行，我説行。結果給我安排的房間我一開門發現裏面有行李，明顯是有人住的！幸好當時人不在不然得給雙方造成多大困擾。我趕緊退出房間，去找前台説，她們居然也沒有去核實清楚是不是開錯房了，衹是輕描淡寫的又重新開了一個房間給我。
第二天早上八點半，裝修敲打電鑽聲音吵的我沒法睡覺，打電話給前台，説她們是在裝修，但九點才開始，我説八點半就開始了，前台也沒有表示任何歉意！
而且房門的隔音效果很差，入住期間樓道各種聲音吵的不行。
還有奇葩的，門上我都掛了勿擾牌，結果保潔還反覆敲門問需不需要打掃！煩死了，眼睛都瞎的？
還有，新裝修的味道特別大，而且因為沒有空調，開窗又冷，不開窗很悶而且味道散不去嗓子都疼。
總結一下，這個維也納是邊裝修邊營業，隔音差，服務各種不專業居然開錯房間，慎選！
我為這個點評的每一個字負責，保證真實，希望酒店看到不要打電話騷擾我刪評，改進自己的問題才是正事，否則我必投訴到平台和當地旅遊局。

酒店新，衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐們態度很好還給我們介紹景點。而且酒店早餐豐富，特別推薦，而且酒店還在舉辦活動

房間內可以看到雪山，帕隆藏布和對岸的桃花。前台小妹妹還贈送了早餐，早餐頗為豐盛。這幾天天氣冷，退房的時候，前台還送了兩瓶保温的礦泉水。工作人員服務好，很有笑容。
