Residence Fink Central Apartments

Daniel war sehr bemüht bei Ankunft uns schnellstmöglich ein Zimmer zu geben da wir früher angereist sind. Zimmer sehr groß allerdings etwas dunkel Mängel im Zimmer unter anderen das Licht im Bad daher könnte man hier mehr auf Funktionalität achten. Ansonsten zentrale Lage und für 2 Nächte absolut ok.

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse wenige Minuten vom Walther-Platz entfernt. Die Wohnung wäre super schön in eine alten Haus mit hohen Räumen und schönem Holzboden. Leider ist die Wohnung total vergammelt und heruntergekommen, es ist praktisch alles defekt und schmutzig. Sehr, sehr schade.

Camera sciatta, sporca, polverosa, biancheria non stirata, arredata in modo completamente diverso da come pubblicato su Booking. Di fronte alle rimostranze formulate la risposta è stata evasiva. Di fronte alla richiesta di rimborso pur parziale, la risposta è stata negativa. Assolutamente da evitare.

Personale non cordiale e non disponibili ad aiutare in caso di difficoltà,informazioni confuse riguardo al parcheggio all'interno dell'appartamento e la chiave per l'ascensore non funziona,quasi inutile chiamare per chiedere aiuto

Terrible experience. Having arrived for check in a little early (2pm instead of 3pm) we were told that the apartments were not ready and that we would have to come back later. We asked the girl (of few words) if we could leave our luggage there in the meantime to take a tour of the center and not waste time. We were told yes (there were also other suitcases in the room). We returned at 6pm sharp and on the street we met the blonde check-in girl (very unpleasant) who was leaving. So we decide to stop her to ask her if we would find someone inside the office to collect the suitcases and keys. She very quickly and without any other words tells us to go inside. Unfortunately, however, the room was closed and there was no one left! He even made fun of us!! Like us, other couples and young people found themselves out there without suitcases and keys. Obviously it is useless to add that no one answered the emergency telephone number and we made at least 1000 calls. We also called the police who also tried to contact the facility but without success. After many hours of waiting (at 9pm) and having found another alternative accommodation we managed to contact the lady of the residence and told her that she had to come immediately to return our suitcases which were locked in their office room. After about an hour they called us to get them. Thus ends our terrible experience with this establishment. Don't book with them, spend a little more but go to other facilities!

L'appartamento carino e abbastanza pulito un po' lontano dal centro ci hanno fornito di 2piumoni anche se siamo una coppia avvertiti non ci hanno filato teli da bagno assenti ascensore sale fino al 2 piano potete fare molto di più
