Sono stato ospito dal 29 giugno al 1° luglio 2025. Purtroppo il personale alberghiero è privo delle più elementari doti di accoglienza dei propri ospiti, oltre a commettere errori gravi nei loro riguardi. Per avere accesso autorizzato alla ZTL compilai il relativo modulo con mia scrittura autografa. Il 21 luglio mi vedo recapitare multa per violazione ZTL per il semplice motivo che, per ragioni inspiegabili. il personale di segreteria aveva modificato l'ultima lettera della targa da Y a J. La contraffazione è palese dalla semplice visione della copia cartacea. A fronte della mia segnalazione il personale dell'albergo risponde come da immagine di email qui di seguito. A parte ciò, c'è un'aria di allarmante approssimazione. A voi ogni giudizio.

A Unique and Charming Stay in the Heart of Bolzano Hotel Goldenstern Townhouse offers a truly unique atmosphere, combining modern luxury with the charm of four beautifully restored historic buildings. It’s a very special and friendly place to stay right in the center of Bolzano. If you prefer to avoid stairs, this may not be the best option for you. There is an elevator, but it doesn’t reach every floor, and the layout involves several stairways connecting different levels and buildings. However, for our family, those winding historical staircases were a delightful part of the experience – like stepping into the past on our way to a modern apartment. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace! The 360° view over the city rooftops to the surrounding valleys and mountains is absolutely stunning. We stayed in room no. 10, which was very spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for our couple of days in Bolzano. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel with character, history, and a touch of luxury.

Tastefully decorated 800 year old building. There are no elevators at this hotel but staff kindly take your luggage to your room as there are so many stairs to navigate. It looks like something out of a Harry potter movie with a maze of stairs. The decor is absolutely beautiful with great attention to detail in every corner. The hotel is situated in a great location with the Archeological Museum being a 5 minute walk away.

Ein perfekter Kurzaufenthalt in Bozen. Wunderbares altes Hotel schön restauriert, renoviert mit ausgezeichnetem Design. Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer stilvoll, es hat alles was man braucht und vorallem genügend Platz. Frühstück sehr gut, liebevoll angerichtet. Parkplätze sehr gut erreichbar, sehr nahe am Hotel. Hotel selber liegt in der Fussgänger Zone.

Das Hotel ist absolut einzigartig, zentral gelegen und definitiv ein Erlebnis für sich. Ein gelungener Mix aus historischem Gewölbekeller und moderner Architektur verleiht dem Haus einen ganz besonderen Charme. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Wärme wurde das Hotel eingerichtet – es bietet zahlreiche Gänge, kleine Nischen und versteckte Ecken, die zum Entdecken einladen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und makellos sauber. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und liess keine Wünsche offen – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Wirtshaus Franziskanerstuben, das zum Hotel gehört und nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt. Wir haben dort jeden Abend gegessen – köstliche Speisen, freundlicher Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Kein Wunder, dass es stets gut besucht war – eine Tischreservierung im Voraus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe z.B. im Parking Maretsch. Von dort erreicht man das Hotel in wenigen Gehminuten (ca. 5 Minuten). Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous 800 years old townhouse in the centre of the old town close to restaurants, shops and all in walking distance. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and amazing how they modern amenities and features in the old building. Stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed it

Wunderschön renoviertes Altstadthotel bestehend aus vier schmalen, innen verbundenen Häusern. Dadurch gibt es diverse Niveauunterschiede, welche über schmale Treppen und Rampen überwunden werden.
