Ottima struttura ma alcune cose sono deludenti: piscina interna a temperatura gelida, impossibile da utilizzare, sauna inattiva, palestra poco servita.
Per quanto riguarda la camera: lo scarico della doccia era otturato e dopo la doccia il bagno era allagato (cosa che evidentemente ha portato lo stipite della porta a marcire nel tempo), i letti sono “alla tedesca”, quindi privi di lenzuola ma con solo un piumino di piccole dimensioni che personalmente non gradisco, uno dei due piumini era forato, il frigobar era stato rimosso (nel senso che si vedeva lo spazio occupato, in precedenza, ma svuotato).

Before i did reservation on this hotel i saw some bad reviews on tripadvisor but what i did I ignored i went to see the reviews on ***********. Some reviews were no sense, like insects on balcony on window looool that is totally normal the hotel has big garden around of building so it is normal, for example in my room i saw spider beside window which is normal if hotel as big garden around! The hotel yah is old style about decoration but is clean and organized. My opinion should keep the style in that way it is what make the difference. About hospitility for us everything was alright and nice and cleaning room service was good also! We didnt had chance to try the swimming pool (short staying our trip) but what we saw from outside it seems very nice. The idea of apples from garden of hotel as welcome seems very good idea and heathy! The apple looked very and tasty!

Customer service is completely lacking. Following a reservation, I was forced to cancel my trip two days after a reservation on booking. I then ask the establishment for a refund of part of the reservation to make the room available. The hotel had 2 and a half months to find another client and could have offered me a refund on one part (even 5% which would have represented 100€ out of more than 400€ thrown into the wind). At this price, it is indecent not to have consideration for their customers!!

Good strategic hotel for business travelers. Spacious and well-organized rooms, very clean. High sleep quality. Good and stable TV signal. Wifi signal clearly needs improvement: stable but really not very powerful. Very kind and helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast. I'll be back

Very nice hotel.clean nice pool& gym very good service nice breakfast. We got a big room facing the pool very nice & comfortable room. Free parking but the hotel is a bit far from old city we took a bus it was very good. We recommend this hotel very much. Good value.
