A great hotel with original design and colors. All the service staff are very warm and cheerful. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. When I finally left, the old manager was very gentleman and sent me to the car to say goodbye. It was unforgettable.

We stayed three nights at this lovely hotel and really enjoyed it. It is centrally located in the town with paid parking provided. The rooms are very clean and well laid out - with excellent climate control. Breakfast was included and a really good spread. The staff were just fantastic, you could tell it was family run and they were proud of it. We recommend it and would not hesitate to go back.

Nachhaltigkeit wird im Hotel gross geschrieben
Sehr schönes Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern (viel Platz). Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das reicht völlig aus. Das ganz Hotel ist mit Mondholz versehen und auch für das Betten wurden spezielle Hölzer verwendet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit vielen Köstlichkeiten angerichtet und auch Personen mit einer Intoleranz kommen auf ihre Kosten. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Strasse liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und was auch aussergewöhnlich ist, dass die Zimmer komplett verdunkelt werden können.
Sehr freundliches Personal und ein schneller und unkomplizierter Check-In.

Séjour très court, mais avec vue sur le vieux Bolzano. Je reviendrai sûrement dans cet hôtel plus longuement en WE! Seul inconvénient: le parking pas facile dans le coin.
