Very friendly people. Very modern and clean room. Air conditioning was great since it was very hot 97F outside. Large shower with excellent water pressure . Great restaurant downstairs for breakfast and lunch. Location is close to everything for easy walking.

Ich habe eine Nacht bei Feichter verbracht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber, die Einrichtung durchdacht und funktional. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war hochwertig und bestand aus Qualitätsprodukten. Besonders positiv fand ich das minimalistische Angebot an Badezimmerzubehör – unnötiger Überfluss wurde vermieden, was ich als umweltbewussten Ansatz sehr schätze. Ein Hinweis im Zimmer, dass man sich bei fehlenden Utensilien an die Rezeption wenden kann, wäre hilfreich. Ein Wasserkocher sowie ein zusätzliches Glas oder eine kleine Schale wären nützlich – viele Gäste sind es gewohnt, vor dem Schlafengehen noch einen Tee zu trinken.

Questo hotel meriterebbe qualche stella in più. È situato vicino la stazione, vicino piazza Walther e tutte le attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza infinita da tutto lo staff: questo è il loro punto di forza! Tutto è curato, pulito, camera nuovissima, bagno dotato di ogni comfort, letto comodo. Colazione varia e abbondante con prodotti genuini, nulla di confezionato. Grazie per aver reso speciale il nostro soggiorno a Bolzano!

...kommen wir nun schon ins Hotel Feichter in Bozen. Immer wieder gerne! Sehr persönlicher Service durch die ganze Familie, auf alle möglichen Sonderwünsche ist schon eingegangen worden. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, ein Gläschen am Vormittag inmitten der Bozner Fußgängerzone im Anschluss lässt einen Urlaubstag perfekt beginnen. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Südtirol.

We recently returned from a 6 week trip to Italy where we stayed at 12 different lodgings. Hotel Feichter was one of the nicest places. The staff was wonderful; very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. We were allowed to store food and wine in their walk-in refrigerator. The room was of adequate size and was very clean; the bathroom was small but all bathrooms in Italy are small. This is the only bathroom in Italy that didn't have a bidet in the way! The balcony on the 3rd floor had a view of the mountains over the buildings next door and was a nice place to enjoy a bottle of prosecco in the late afternoon (although it is a very sunny and hot location). The breakfast served was very good with a choice of cooked eggs as well as a variety of fruit, yogurt, and of course wonderful fresh pastries. Service was excellent. This is a great location if you are traveling by train; only a 5 minute walk from the station. It is also close to many restaurants; the hotel staff had very good recommendations. Lunch at the hotel was great but they are not open for dinner. There is no air conditioning in the room, just a fan; but this was O.K. in September.

We had a triple room that opened up to the great balcony and mountain veiw. Hedwig Feichter was very nice, even made our tea, coffee, steamed milk and hot chocolate (for my daughter) early on our last day so we could get our train to Milan. Such a short walk from the train station- and great signs- as soon as you leave the train station there is a sign to point you in the right direction. Very, very clean. Some reveiws say small, but I think these people haven't stayed in Rome! Breakfast was delicious. Bolzano is such a beautiful city. And the lift to the mountains - don't miss it!
