The park was really nice on the water but unfortunately not much beachfront due to rising water. Sites were large and on green lawn. The water is bore but plenty of rainwater available for drinking. Very friendly staff and an onsite restaurant which makes great fish and chips. Not far from Portland where you have many shops and supermarkets. Enjoyed our stay very much.

FIRST OF ALL THE NEW PEOPLE ARE WAY WORST THEN THE FIRST, The old people would close the pillow by 10:00 the new people do it by 7:00 and when we were around it the new people kicked of 3 kids for playing in the sand like *** then they proposed to look at us through the window WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET SOME PRIVACY PLEASE, also the rooms were dirty and there were ants on the walls, and the fridge didn’t work like what the heck and there were no sheets on the beds, and they kept on leaving the check in to talk to friend sand sit and have a coffee while we had to wait 30 minutes till they came back like WHAT???

It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere - yet it's only a few minutes drive from Portland. The grounds are tidy and spacious and the cabin we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. There were ants but nothing we couldn't deal with.
My only suggestion would be to put in some seating around the kid's jumping pillow for parents.

One of the most unhelpful experiences. There were possibilities to extend options by the reception staff to make our stay more comfortable but absolutely nothing was done. Wifi never worked and our room was nowhere near to be called a luxury accommodation. Nothing was done to make our stay better even when I myself suggested so many doable options, all that I met was ‘sorry it’s a long weekend, can’t do it’.
Staff needs to be trained to say ‘no’ in a more empathising way and show some keenness to help guests make the most out of their stay. Travelling is not cheap these days and these little human interactions matter a lot.

Awesome well cared for accommodation/ facilities Management were very accommodating on a last minute request for which we are so very grateful you made our stay even better!!,we found Nemo😊, what a view!! Looking forward to our next visit, and to sample the menu once restaurant is re-established,if your homemade pizza is anything to go by then it too will be amazing .
