We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others. Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast. If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind. Really enjoyed the stay....

The environment is good, but the service is not up to par. The sanitation needs to be improved. The accommodation is too far from the hotel and there is no notification or pick-up.
