This is a really stunning hotel and a beautiful location. It’s situated just outside the small town of Boltana and very close to the mediaeval Hill town of Aínsa so location is perfect. The conversion of the old monastery into a hotel has been done really beautifully, with such interesting use of the space and artwork throughout the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and service was excellent and very friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. There is a lovely swimming pool in the garden area outside. It’s a beautiful space to swim and relax, surrounded by views of the mountains. The gym is a little dated and cramped, although it has a good selection of weights machines. There is a spa, but we didn’t use it, as the pool is so lovely. The fittings in the room might be thought a little dated for a five star hotel, but, given the history and location, the price and how beautifully the central areas of the hotel had been designed, we didn’t feel that was a problem. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Ha sido una estancia estupenda, un descanso reparador. El entorno maravilloso. El personal amable y servicial. Buen desayuno. Comodidad en general. La limpieza muy bien. Si hay algún "pero, como el estado de las alfombras de los pasillos, es debido al incivismo de los clientes que las manchan de una manera horrible, Por favor sustituyan las alfombras cuanto antes porque desmerecen a su bonito hotel y pueden ocasionar algún accidente las partes levantadas, yo misma me tropecé. Nuestra habitación tenía el parquet bastante rayado, igualmente debido a clientes poco cuidadosos. Echen un vistazo a los alfeizar de las ventanas porque hay caca de pájaros. Punto y aparte es el restaurante. Experiencia muy decepcionante. Si de verdad tienen un chef con una estrella Michelin estos días debía estar ausente. Lo positivo supera con creces lo negativo así que volveremos y recomendaremos su hotel sin duda. IPN

Hoyel muy bonito de 5 * amplias estancias y muy cómodas, personal amable. Pero con un par de peros. El mantenimiento de la piscina poco adecuado, las duchas sin tragar el agua y la piscina sucia en el fondo, rincones. En las habitaciones 1107-1108 una salita preciosa, pero sin funcionar el aire acondicionado, lo dijimos dos veces y nada, no pudimos aprovecharlo. Por lo demás muy bien.

Un hotel súper tranquilo y muy bonito, todo muy bien cuidado y con mucho detalle, el personal muy atento y todo muy correcto. La piscina muy bien atendida por el personal aunque hemos pillado unos dias de extremo calor, y en el hotel se esta perfecto

La gestión ahora es muy mala. Desde que lo dejó Barcelo todo deja mucho que desear. Inexperiencia, soberbia en el personal que lo dirige …no creo que dure mucho esta gestión porque el resultado es muy malo, No era la primera vez que acudiamos al hotel. Siempre contratamos el tipo de habitación "doble de luxe" que según su página web reúne una serie de características determinadas y nos instalaron en una de inferior categoria, me tomé la molestia de medirla y el dormitorio tenía 12 m cuadrados. A partir de allí, no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución de nuestro agrado, les debe importar muy poco la satisfacción de sus clientes. Por supuesto que no volveremos a ir.

Hice una reserva con barcelo, como en los últimos 4 años, de una habitación de luxe monasterio con cama extra grande etc. llego y me meten en una habitación enana con cama de 135. Sé que contestarán a esta reseña diciendo que lo podía haber dicho. Pero lo he dicho y montado un follón en recepción. Me cambian a una habitación sin aire acondicionado . N VOLVERÉ JAMÁS y esto está gestionado por inexpertos y por persona que no saben nada de hostelería

Teníamos una reserva para hoy 20 de julio y la hicimos telefónicamente, por un error en la reserva nos la hicieron la reserva el 23 de mayo y el cargo, que como era por anticipado dimos como bueno dicho cargo, sin saber de su error puesto q la reserva fue telefónica. Hoy a una hora de ir al hotel hemos llamado y nos han comentado la situación para nuestra absoluta sorpresa. Con habitación disponible y a otro precio hemos aceptado pagar la diferencia, pero el gerente del hotel se ha opuesto en redondo y nos ha dicho q si queremos alojarnos que tenemos que pagar la nueva reserva integra, por lo tanto pagar la habitación por su error, y pagar de nuevo la habitación ahora. Increíble ahora nos volvemos a Barcelona de viaje 4h, o tenemos q pagar doblemente la habitación. Nos hemos opuesto por supuesto. Espero q esta reseña además del gerente la lean los dueños del hotel, es una vergüenza. Ojo cuando reservéis en este hotel...

Ya habiamos repetido antes. El servicio estupendo, las habitaciones, en nuestro caso Villa, muy amplios y comodos. Tranquilidad y relax total. Con estos calores, la pisicina a tope, se echaba de menos alguna tumbona más, tuvimos que echar la toalla al suelo, pero por lo demás, todo muy bien.
