Our room was wonderful - just a block and a half from the train station, easy to access, big and clean. We used it to explore Bologna, a city that does not get the attention we think it deserves. While there are defintely gritty parts of the city, the center is truly beautiful and the food! It is one of the great food capitals of the world. Well worth a visit, and by all means consider staying at DormiRe. We loved it.

Struttura vecchia e trasandata Asciugamani con odore sgradevole Soffione doccia rotto e incrostato di calcare! Armadietto in bagno scrostato da infiltrazione d’acqua Ascensore per salire al piano che puzzava di urina! Non solo incassare.. anche investire!

Ottimo B&B, posizione perfetta!!! Camera ben curata... La gentilissima Sig. Elena, ci ha comunicato tutta la procedura per effettuare il ceck-in in autonomia così non si hanno problemi di orario all'arrivo. Camera spaziosa, luminosa così come il bagno. Contesto tranquillo e accogliente.

Siamo stati in questo b b dal9 a 11 maggio e ci siamo trovati molto bene indicazioni chiare xle chiavi e per accedere alla camera il locale pulito e hanno fatto una pulizia il secondo giorno. Ci torneremo xké vicino alla stazione centrale

The room was clean and conveniently located. Check-in was easy. Everything would have been fine if the air conditioning worked. It did not. It blew hot air just as a fan would. With it being one of the hottest summers on record , I made sure when searching for a place that it had air conditioning . I contacted the host who explained to us over the phone how the air conditioning works (even though we have the same at home) . We advised we would wait and see if anything changed. Nothing did, so we contacted the host again who ignored us. No one came to check, we were not offered another room or even a response at all! They ignored us completely . It was nearly 40 degrees Celsius and we had to leave the windows open at night (no screens, so mosquitos come in) only to listen to very loud people at the restaurant below. It was miserable to say the least . I can understand situations happen, but the extremely poor customer service - not even a response to us , completely ignored - is unacceptable . I cannot recommend this place for such poor customer service.

Non metto pessimo solo per via della dimensione della stanza e della posizione del B&B. Il resto è scarso ed imbarazzante. Accoglienza avvenuta tramite degli sms senza nemmeno un “buongiorno” ma con foto con indicazioni su come fare il check in. Tra l’altro sms arrivati dopo una chiamata alle 8:15 (di sabato) del mattino dell’arrivo, alla quale non ho risposto. Stanza ampia, luminosa e comoda ma una totale incuranza di dettagli molto basilari: cicca di sigaretta nel posacenere, tavoletta del wc macchiata, un”orchidea finta (meglio niente). E poi… la colazione: era compresa nel prezzo. Comprendeva una brioche più una bevanda calda. Siamo stati nel bar indicato e la sorpresa è stata dover aggiungere 1€ a pasta al barista in quanto abbiamo scelto la brioche con noci. Notare che una brioche normale costava 1,20€ ed una con noci 1,60€. Quindi avremmo dovuto aggiungere 0,80 €, invece abbiamo dovuto aggiungere 2€! Abbiamo pagato il bar senza alcuna polemica. Assurda è stata la reazione via SMS della titolare dell’alloggio alla quale abbiamo riferito l’accaduto. C’è stato comunicato che lei non risponde della colazione, a detta sua, offerta da Booking e che il bar scelto è l’unico aperto la domenica mattina. Professionalità scarsa!
