볼로냐라는 도시는 다른도시에 비해 볼거리가 많지않아서 하루만 들렸지만 여러므로 편안했던 숙소입니다 정성껏 준비해주는 아침은 훌륭하다

Ho recentemente soggiornato all'ostello Dopa e devo dire che la struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Nelle stanze condivisi i letti sono all'interno di "cabine" con tendine per la privacy. Gli armadietti si chiudono a chiave e sono dotati di presa interna per lasciare in carica i dispositivi personali. Altre prese anche vicino ai singoli letti, dotati di lampada personale per la notte.
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La zona comune è carina: sala relax, cucina con frigo, bagni e docce spaziose. Inoltre la colazione inclusa, semplice, è un valore aggiunto.
Consiglio questo ostello a chi è in cerca di un buon soggiorno.

Great vibes
Very nice hostel, exceptionally clean. I do like when bathrooms are separate from the rooms. The toilets are very clean and nice water pressure, feels like a home. Staff is very attentive. Only stayed one night, but it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and facilities had a good vibe. Breakfast is simple but nice. The only issue is that they had no parking support, as advertised on the hostel profile. Parked at the train station and walked, which is not close but worked.

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otelcilik anlayışı. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Gidince ödemeli, ücretsiz iptal rezervasyon yaptım. Sürekli kartımdan para çekmeye çalıştılar. Önce ilk geceyi çekmemiz gerek dediler. Ben de ön ödemeli almadım, gelince ödeyeceğim dedim. Kartımdan para çekmenizi istemiyorum sözleşme bu şekilde değil dedim. Bu sefer garantör olması için ikinci geceyi de çekmeye kalktılar. Ön ödemesiz hostel tuttuğumu tekrarladım ve garantör gibi bir haklarının olmadığını söyledim. Ayrıca çoktan rezervasyonum ile vizeye başvurduumu ve rezervasyonda değişiklik yapılmaması gerektiğini söyledim. Araba kiralar gibi düşünün, parayı önden ödemeniz gerekiyor dediler. Resmen haraç kesmeye kalktılar. Ben de bu rezervasyon koduyla vizeye başvurdum, değişiklik durumunda vize başvurum yanar ve gelemem, rezervasyonumun ödemesini ya da statüsünü değiştirmeyin dedim. Rezervasyonumu iptal ettiler. Ön ödemesiz, ücretsiz iptal olan hostelin kalleşliği yüzünden vize başvurum geçersiz kaldı. Kafalarına göre kredi kartımdan para çekmeye çalışan bu hostelden kesinlikle uzak durun.

Je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit et je serais bien restée plus car l'auberge n'est pas immense mais tres bien conçue, la déco est originale, les lits confortables, le petit dejeuner sympa et le personnel adorable.
