We stay at apartment 14 which was excellent. Spacy with all required amenities. Pretty close to city centre, about 15' walk from the train station, and close to to most of the worth seeing places of Bologna. There are many tratorias, caffes, pizzerias close by.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fornito. Vicino al centro. Ottimo servizio di assistenza. Ti vengono inviate via l'app tutte le info e la chat rimane un canale di comunicazione aperto per dubbi o richieste, sempre soddisfatte. Non economicissimo, ma noi abbiamo trovato lo sconto fell último minuto

Location was ok ... centre but road works or buildings works at 7.30am was outrageous... no notification or email to say such things ... room basic enough although described as luxury... no change of sheets although there 5 days ... or even the bed made .. 2/3 staff at reception for what not sure... light flashing in bathroom all night... and air con on constantly...

Die Lage ist top! Wir hatten das Apt. 35A im 3ten OG, mit kleinem. Balkon. Perfekt für den ersten Kaffee des Tages oder ein letztes Glas Wein am Abend. Die kleine Küche bietet alles, was es braucht. Ohne den Balkon wäre es aber auch sehr eng geworden, weil es keinen weiteren Tisch gab als den auf dem Balkon. Kleine Kritik: Die Stühle auf dem. Balkon könnten kkomfortablere die Matratze könnte etwas dicker und fester sein. Aber das sind eher kosmetische Fehler.

This is probably the worst experience we have ever had. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST the MISLEADING room pictures, we have been given a room with the smallest windows on the ground which can not be opened. The only window can be opened on the ceiling were half broken (please see picture)… the whole room looks like a dark cave when outside is a beautiful day. The air con can not be turned on, so the room is as stuffy as you can imagine… We later then find out: - DOOR COMBINATION IS NOT WORKING - SAFE IS OUT OF BATTERY - KITCHEN LIGHT CAN NOT TURN OFF - SOFA AND BED WITH CIGARETTE BURN if you travel with your family, please DO NOT consider this property: - PARTY NEIGHBOURS WITH LOUD MUSIC TILL 4am - OUTSIDE PARTY PEOPLE SCREAMING CAN BE HEARD IN THE ROOM Last but not the least, the staff who manage the property has no sense of customer service. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering alternative plan, the answer is “not our fault”…. If you are up for an very unpleasant trip, please choose this no-service, no maintenance, dark, noisy property…

Paid a premium for a nearly windowless place where everything was broken. Close to impossible to sleep. There were close to no window in our place which felt like a grotto. There is no reception so close to no service. We got 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 nights stay, asked for more, didn't get any within 24 hours, bought by ourselves. A light could not be turned off and we had to sleep with it in our face. The safe was broken, as well as the code door. To be honest, the one person in duty tried to help but had no power, also she fixed a few things, like the safe, and add a cardboard on the roof window so we could sleep on day 2. We asked to be moved to another room witha window, or get a refund, both were denied, with a terrible, quite insultant attitude, This was the most expensive, and most mediocre, B&B I even experienced, and I have been around. All of that for 400Euros a night. A shame.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo complesso di appartamenti e camere in affitto a ci siamo trovati bene. Tutto è nuovo e ristrutturato, l'unica cosa che volevo segnalare è la poca attenzione nei dettagli delle pulizie, ad esempio in cucina era rimasta la spazzatura del precedente cliente e nella mia doccia una saponettina già usata. In altri tempi questi dettagli potevano essere insignificanti ma al giorno d'oggi la pulizia deve essere assolutamente accurata.
