The hotel is in the center and therefore in an extremely strategic position. For this reason I was also afraid that it would be very noisy, but instead the room overlooked the interior and, thanks to the air conditioning, I was able to keep the windows closed and not hear any noise. The room was well furnished, especially clean and new! Elsewhere, for the same period, they offered me much higher prices and I was therefore afraid that the hotel would have some kind of "hitch", but I found it perfect.

Great location. Staff lovely albeit non existent. Room was tired but spotless and cleaned daily with clean towels daily. No tea/coffee in room which we missed. Shower fantastic in a very large toilet. Room had three deep stairs from hallway where toilet and wardrobes were down to bed area. Walls marked quite badly. But bed was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast wasn’t good at all. But location of hotel is so central to piazza Maggiore which is a five min walk. We would use hotel again but wouldn’t take the breakfast.

This historic hotel is in a great location in the old part of Bologna within walking distance to the main Street and easy walking to great restaurants. The room was large with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast in the mornings. Good staff but not overly friendly.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional and poorly managed hotel. Unprofessional and poorly managed hotel. The hotel is not bad for cleanliness but the relationship with the control staff is terrible. I do not recommend it. We hope they can improve in the future but today the hotel is not up to par.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con la mia famiglia in una Deluxe quadrupla al terzo piano. La camera è da 5 stelle e lo dico con cognizione di causa: due ambienti separati da tre gradini, arredamento molto piacevole, bagno grande, anche se non finestrato. L'unica pecca, ma non dovuto certamente ai proprietari, avevamo una sola finestra. La hall è un po' da rinnovare, in compenso la colazione è buona, con prodotti di marca, torte da forno e brioches, caffetteria da bar. La posizione è eccellente, nei dintorni tanti ristoranti.

A hotel with apparently many different types of rooms in the middle of Bologa. We had a very large and very, very high standard room on the first floor. Not spectacular, but very good, excellent bed, view into the small alley (Via Gito), large bathroom with all amenities. The staff is friendly and breakfast offers a very good choice. All in all a very good value for money place.
