Centro pequeño y manejable con varios edificios medievales curiosamente inclinados. Ambiente turístico sin masificar. La peatonalización de las dos avenidas principales del centro me ha creado una sensación negativa porque se pierde la vida del día a día. Estando allí había montado un cine de verano en la plaza mayor pero la programación era muy elitista.

Convenient location to everything (Piazza Maggiore, Bologna Centrale). Mario is very helpful and accommodating. Area is busy, and noisy at times, so not a sleepy part of the city, but everything is a 10-15 minute walk.

The rooms are very well located. 10 minutes walk from the train station and a further 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. So there are many bars and restaurants very close. There is also a well stocked supermarked directly next door. The rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean and mario the owner was helpful and friendly. There is some noise from the street although it helps to be on 7th floor with a lift. I wore earplugs and wasnt bothered by noise. Recommended.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a B&B. The service is terrible and they pretend not to speak English so they don't have to do any work. Everything is basically the opposite as advertised. Don't be fooled by the low price - it's not worth it. Stay far far far away!!!

Easier to find than I thought and Mario was easy to get in touch with prior to arrival. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and the fridge was useful. Shared bathrooms but always clean and always at least one available. Pleasant homely feel despite being obviously in the middle of the city. Would recommend for a short stay.

OK, I came by car and expected a parking lot which wasn't available unless walking 10 min with my luggage.
It is a friendly place looking more like Bead and Breakfast than a hotel.
Central and friendly service but don't expect hotel services.

Ok, i was confused.
I thought this was a hotel. Its not
When i got to the propery it says B&B. Its not because its a basic room only.
Good location close to railway station and town center.
Located on a very busy road so even with the windows closed its noisy, which I didnt like.
Owner is helpful and made cappuchino which was very nice. Bathroom was shared but kept spotless.
