We wanted an apartment in the centre of Bologna, with easy access to the old city, cafe society and supermarkets. This studio ticked all the boxes. The booking process was simple and the check-in was hassle-free. It’s the personal touches that make any stay memorable and Valerio and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, always there to answer questions, recommend restaurants, and getting up very early to assist us with luggage on our last day. We are planning to return to Bologna and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Five stars plus.

Apartment with balcony. Well located between railstation and center. In fact there is only one bedroom. The living room becomes a bedroom if more than two people are staying there. Clean and with essential things. The balcony is very hot in Summer . The air conditioning the best.

Ottima location. L'appartamento è molto ampio, pulito e grazioso (superiore alle aspettative). Accessori bagno completi. Vicino alla zona universitaria. Sebbene in centro, molto silenzioso. Alquanto cordiali i gestori. Wi-fi e aria condizionata perfetti.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, cucina attrezzata, caffè per la moka, una bottiglia d'acqua. Arredamento modesto ma funzionale. Nella stanza da letto un po' fastidioso il rumore dei tubi di scarico degli altri appartamenti. L'appartamento è in posizione strategica in pieno centro a pochi minuti da Piazza Maggiore. Consigliato per famiglie o coppie di amici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Fin dall’inizio siamo stati trattati con gentilezza ed attenzione e, appena segnalato un piccolo problema che si era verificato, si è provveduto a porvi rimedio. Noi abbiamo soggiornato a Via Marsala n8 ed abbiamo trovato l’appartamento confortevole e dotato di tutti i confort. Considerato che soggiorniamo spesso a Bologna crediamo di aver trovato il nostro host di fiducia

Zona tranquilla molto comoda centrale e servita di ristoranti e supermercati Personale gentile e efficiente Ci hanno fatto trovare bottiglia di acqua e caffè di buona qualità. Bollitore pulito. Forse si potrebbe offrire anche un pacchetto di biscotti.

Great apartment!! Great location!! Very clean!! I wish I had more time to stay so I could enjoy the patio more but it was a short trip! I love that they had an elevator because most buildings don’t!! The people were so helpful and pleasant! We needed a taxi and they called and had everything set up for us! Definitely worth a stay!!

We were delighted with this accommodation for our 4 nights in Bologna - great location (quiet but right in the heart of the city, so restaurants, bars, coffee shops & sights all within walking distance) - an easy check-in, friendly staff, and a clean, well-appointed apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I felt was missing (and this isn't really a complaint, just a suggestion) would be for a couple of small side tables that could be moved around for use by the sofa for coffee cups (or wine glasses...) I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and will definitely be booking again!
