This is a wonderful small family owned hotel in a great location in Bologna. We had many family members staying there on our way to a wedding and it was PERFECT! The staff (especially Marco) was great - friendly, helpful & spoke good English. The rooms are all different and extremely well appointed. The rate was good and the included breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Room over loud alley with street noise. Sink stopper broken yet sink wouldn't drain. Water from shower leaked all over the floor. Heated towel rack wouldn't heat. I asked how to make it work, and it never did. I asked for a blanket because the bed did not have one and was never given one. Makeup mirror light shut off every 16 seconds. Breakfast was underwhelming / crummy. Most expensive hotel of my stay yet the worst. Find someplace better.

Fantastic location and most attractions are within easy walking distance.The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop terrace for coffee or drinks with fantastic views over the rooftops of Balogna. Would highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff also recommended 3 superb restaurants for us to try during our stay. Hope to return again sometime.

Kleines Boutiquehotel mit sehr guter Lage für einen Städtetrip. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse und ist daher sehr ruhig. Die Alstadt von Bologna ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer (Gold Room) im 3. Stock war extrem klein (max. 14 qm), verfügte aber über eine große Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Blick über die Dächer von Bologna. Leider hatten wir Probleme, unsere beiden Koffer im Zimmer unterzubringen. Wasserkocher, Teebeutel und Kühlschrank gehören zur Ausstattung. Die Betten waren bequem, aber auch etwas schmal. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wunsch nach einer zweiten Bettdecke wurde sofort erfüllt. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung, allerdings im Keller ohne Tageslicht und eng bestuhlt. Die Preisgestaltung in der Roof Top Bar auf der Dachterrasse des Hotels haben wir als Nepp empfunden. Man zahlt € 15,-- pro Person für das erste Getränk. Egal, was man trinkt - ob Kaffee, Wasser, Bier oder Wein - die € 30,-- für 2 Personen sind nach dem ersten Getränk weg. Mindestumsatz könnten wir verstehen, also eine bestimmte Summe, die man zahlt und in Form von Getränken "abarbeitet". So kennen wir es auch von anderen Roof Top Bars, z. B.in Singapur. Bei der Abreise wurde uns dann auch noch eine viel zu hohe Summe für den Getränkeverzehr in der Bar berechnet. Das hat der nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption aber sofort geändert.

Una notte di passaggio in questo splendido hotel in cui pulizia e servizi sono davvero eccezionali. Confort assicurato. Camera spaziosa e profumata, abbiamo apprezzato la cura ed il servizio in camera del personale cortese. Bagno comodo, prezzi giusti.
