The villa was recently restored to an extremely high standard. The accommodation was excellent, great location 10 minutes out of town. Bus outside the villa if required. The owner and staff were happy to answer any questions. Breakfast continental and of a high standard.

Per me e mio marito è il quarto soggiorno a Villa Gotti. E' un bellissimo esempio di architettura razionalista degli anni '30, perfettamente conservato, anche negli arredi. Spesso la bellezza di questi edifici si perde nel tempo a causa di ammodernamenti vari, ma qui ogni dettaglio è mantenuto. Un vero privilegio soggiornarvi e un ringraziamento per chi se ne occupa, la manutenzione di un edificio di questo tipo richiede molto impegno. Josè ci accoglie sempre con calore.

Stunning villa - gently restored. Soft music creating a zen atmosphere. Light and airy spaces bringing you into the previous decade. All you need is a good book and a cup of coffee and you will not want to leave. If you would want to wander into the city, it is just a short stroll away. Warm and friendly host welcoming guests into this gem.

Veramente eccezionale in tutto !!! Accoglienza , servizio e pulizia superlativa tutto in una location raffinata . Colazione varia e cappuccino super …schiuma ottima più’ del bar . Vicinissimo alla clinica Villa Regina . Il gestore disponibile a venire in contro alle esigenze di chi come noi è arrivato in città in mattinata .

Bellissima struttura con grandi spazi arredati in modo raffinato. Musica di sottofondo soft. Accesso con codici. Ogni spazio curatissimo e pulitissimo. Il gestore disponibile e cordiale. Vicinissimo allo IOR ma comunque comodo per ogni zona di Bologna, zona collinare immersa nel verde.

Die Villa ist ein architektonisches Highlight in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Gegend. Das große „aber“ ist das Parken. Es gibt nicht für alle fünf Zimmer einen gesicherten Parkplatz. Zwei Parkplätze befinden sich vor der Villa auf der Straße. Wer Pech hat, muss weiter weg parken und das ist leider nicht sicher. Deshalb: sich unbedingt bei der Buchung einen Parkplatz innerhalb der Villa zusichern lassen. Von den persönlichen Flair der Villa ist leider nicht mehr übrig. Einchecken per Code, keine persönliche Kommunikation. Auch im Notfall erwies sich der Besitzer oder wer auch immer das Hotel führt als nicht hilfsbereit. Frühstück auch für italienische Verhältnisse sehr übersichtlich und lieblos und von nicht allzu guter Qualität. Es gibt keine frischen Brötchen, sondern nur Toast und aufgeschnittenes Brot und altbackene Croissants. Frühstücksservice auch nicht besonders freundlich. An den Zimmern sind bereits gewissen Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden (Wände).

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte in quanto dovevamo fare una visita al Rizzoli, quindi ,per quel poco che ci siamo stati ,abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente ,pulito e profumato ed anche molta disponibilita da parte del proprietario che, nonostante non era in piena forma ,ci ha accolto con simpatia.
