Het ontbijt was perfect. De kamer was zeer ruim en had een fantastisch uitzicht op Bollendorf. Misschien wel eens overwegen om airco op de kamers te voorzien, want het was snikheet op onze kamer. Het zwembad is ook een heel groot pluspunt. We hebben heel lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Er was wel steeds een probleem met de nummering van de tafels. In het algemeen was dit zeker een heel aangename vakantie.

* Lage: Das Hotel liegt idyllisch in der Natur mit einem herrlichen Blick über Bollendorf. Für Wanderungen in der spektakulären "Grünen Hölle" ist der Standort nahezu perfekt. * Personal: überwiegend aufmerksam und freundlich. * Küche: Das Abendessen war ok. * Zimmer: Wir hatten leider nur ein Zimmer mit Waldblick auf der Nord-West Seite. Die Zimmer auf der Süd-Ost Seite, alle mit Balkon, sind deutlich attraktiver. Herrliche Aussicht von dort. Denke allerdings, das diese im Sommer sehr warm sind. * Zimmerservice: Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, denke dass dies in einem Hotel doch Standard sein sollte. * Spa: Die Sauna war kalt, bzw. außer Betrieb. Die einzige Saunakabine ist ok, allerdings das Ambiente drumherum (Duschen, Liegen etc.) unterirdisch. * Frühstück: Beim Frühstücksbuffet (08:00-10:00 Uhr) musste man sich bereits um 09:00 Uhr die spärlichen Überreste zusammenklauben. An dem einen Tag waren keine Croissants mehr da, an dem anderen Tag waren diese im Überfluss vorhanden, dafür keine Brötchen da.

Die ruhigeLage des Hotels incl. Parkplatz, Spielplatz, Rosenterrasse und der große Pool sind einfach super. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen! Die Küche war sehr gut! In den Bereichen Zimmer/Erdgeschoss, Sauberkeit und Service könnte man etwas mehr Wert legen. Es hat uns allen gut bei Ihnen gefallen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Auch die Anlage wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr einladend. Pros: - Top Lage - Gutes Frühstück - Vielfältige Services Con: - Schwimmbad muss dringend!!! gereinigt werden - Preis/Leistung im Restaurant ist nicht gut - Abends sollte man besser in der Stadt oder Umgebung essen - Zimmereinrichtung könnte erneuert werden -＞ Die Betten sind extrem laut. Gefühlt erzeugt jede Bewegung 60 Dezibel - Angestellte sehr nett aber häufig nicht erkennbar, da sie keine entsprechende Kleidung/Namensschilder tragen - Kleine Extrawünsche, wie bspw. ein Glas Sekt zum Geburtstag werden direkt abgeschmettert mit "Wenn sie mehr wollen, müssen sie bezahlen" - An sich auch das gute Recht des Hotels, aber man sollte es im Hinterkopf behalten
