Very satisfied with this stay. All the staff are very polite, including the doorman at the reception, especially Dilisar and Kud at the front desk. Check-in was very smooth, and free breakfast for four people was given. The room was also very clean, and the view was first-class. You can see the lake and snow-capped mountains from the room. There are many newly built hotels nearby, but I will probably choose here next time I come.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.

The B&B is at the entrance of the New East Gate Visitor Center, and the location is very convenient. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and sent all kinds of travel information before people arrived, so you don't have to worry about it yourself. The hygiene is really good. I run a hotel myself, so I am a little worried about B&Bs, but this one really has no dead corners, and the supplies are also very attentive, especially the slippers, which are very comfortable to wear! The facilities and equipment are also very complete, and everything is there! It rained on the day of check-in, and I made brown sugar ginger tea. I came back late after watching the sunset in the evening, and the canteen was not closed. I quickly fried a few dishes. I finally ate vegetarian dishes after a few days. The rice in Xinjiang is really too hard, and the taste of the dishes is not bad. When I left, I brought us two cups of coffee for us to drink on the road. The service was great🥹Saihu is also beautiful, and it’s not in vain!

It is not big, but it is clean and bright. It is just that we are given a room on the first floor. We will be woken up by other early travelers passing by in the morning. The sound insulation is average. Hygiene: The room is relatively clean and the disposable toiletries are also complete. Environment: It may be still under construction. There is a pile of building materials on the right side after entering the gate, which is unsightly. It is recommended to deal with it. Service: The front desk staff is quite enthusiastic. They said that they upgraded the room type and gave breakfast for free, but they did not say this to everyone. It remains to be verified. Catering: I will focus on complaining about the breakfast. It is said to be free. In the restaurant, it is actually like a place for a big banquet. The environment is acceptable and looks cleaner. The dishes include pickles, cold dishes, two or three hot dishes, etc. Among them, the few meat dishes are celery beef, which tastes like beef slices in the supermarket. I was a little disappointed when I got the staple buns and small flower rolls. They were pre-made, but they were still cold when I put them in my mouth. I really can't stand it. Have you considered the feelings of customers? In summary, I understand that the room rate of Sailimu Lake will be more expensive during the holidays, but for a hotel of 1,099 yuan a night, eating cold rice is really unacceptable.

When I came to Sailimu Lake 10 years ago, I stayed in a herdsman's tent. Now when I come again, there are hotels and homestays everywhere near the east gate. Although the scenic area is fenced off and charges a fee, the conditions are much better. Based on Ctrip's recommendation, I chose Shenmu Bluebird because it is the off-season and the price of 500 (excluding breakfast) is acceptable. Let me talk about the good things first: it is very close to the east gate of Saihu Lake, the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, because the location is not easy to find, check the navigation in advance. Because the temperature of the room we booked first was a bit low, the lady at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded it to a loft, which made the room bigger and warmer. But there are also some shortcomings. If the price is 2,000 during the peak season, there will definitely be complaints. First of all, the hygiene needs to be improved. Maybe because the room is large, some facilities are dusty. In addition, a hair was found on the bed sheet. The handsome room boy quickly helped us change the bed sheet. The bathroom smells a bit bad, which is quite unacceptable. Another thing is that there were ”holes” in two places in the room (see the last three photos). It was probably because it was the off-season and they were still renovating and upgrading. But my wife is particularly afraid of mice, so she is quite worried. But because we checked in late and upgraded the room, we didn't give any more feedback.

The hotel has a first-class environment, facing the Sailimu Lake. Although it is far from the lake, you can see the lake. Other things are just average. The air conditioning is not powerful. The temperature in the room cannot be lowered in the afternoon with a high temperature of 36°. It is too hot. Fortunately, it is cooler at night and the air conditioning is not needed, which does not affect sleep.

The hygiene is average. When I returned to the hotel at night, I smelled a very bad smell from the sewer. There were moths or small insects flying around when I slept at night. The customer service staff was quite enthusiastic. The hotel has a good location, and the decoration and facilities are quite complete. Overall, it is good

When visiting Sailimu Lake, the most worrying thing is not having enough time. On this trip, I arrived at Sai Lake at 6pm on the first day. The scenery was just right. I traveled all the way from the east gate and it was getting late. I'm still quite worried about accommodation. I checked the nearby tent camp in the car and found that this one had very high reviews, but I had never stayed in one like this before, so I was still very nervous. Only when you arrive at your destination do you realize that your worries are completely unnecessary. Located at the Swan Leshui parking spot, there are many people at night. The parking lot is full of campers. It is very popular and there are no safety concerns at all. The tent is also very hygienic and has no peculiar smell. In mid-to-late July, it is a bit cold outside at night and you need to wear a jacket, but it is very warm inside the tent.

The Sailimu Lake Bashibai Farm House was recently opened in 2022, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Bole. Seeing Bole's sights from this hotel is easy with West Sea Grassland, Sayram Lake West Sea Starry Sky Campsite and Sailimu Lake Xinmin West Sea Starry Sky Camping Ground all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.
