The hotel is very good! It is located in the northeast corner of Saihu Lake. You can see Saihu Lake and the sunset from the room. It takes 5 minutes to reach the tourist center. The hotel is very unique. I booked a family room. The front desk sent three breakfasts, which was very welcoming. The room view is amazing. The sanitation is also very clean. The electric toilet and the quilt are also very comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Saihu Lake~

The hotel has a first-class environment, facing the Sailimu Lake. Although it is far from the lake, you can see the lake. Other things are just average. The air conditioning is not powerful. The temperature in the room cannot be lowered in the afternoon with a high temperature of 36°. It is too hot. Fortunately, it is cooler at night and the air conditioning is not needed, which does not affect sleep.

The hotel is near the Sailimu Lake Visitor Center. The newly opened hotel has very comfortable bedding, convenient parking, good service attitude, and convenient eating and drinking around.

The B&B is at the entrance of the New East Gate Visitor Center, and the location is very convenient. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and sent all kinds of travel information before people arrived, so you don't have to worry about it yourself. The hygiene is really good. I run a hotel myself, so I am a little worried about B&Bs, but this one really has no dead corners, and the supplies are also very attentive, especially the slippers, which are very comfortable to wear! The facilities and equipment are also very complete, and everything is there! It rained on the day of check-in, and I made brown sugar ginger tea. I came back late after watching the sunset in the evening, and the canteen was not closed. I quickly fried a few dishes. I finally ate vegetarian dishes after a few days. The rice in Xinjiang is really too hard, and the taste of the dishes is not bad. When I left, I brought us two cups of coffee for us to drink on the road. The service was great🥹Saihu is also beautiful, and it’s not in vain!

We didn’t have much hope for hotels near scenic spots in Xinjiang, especially if it was a B&B. It was just a place to sleep at night. However, this B&B became the worst accommodation we had during our stay in Xinjiang. It was already very late after 11pm when we arrived at the hotel. Indeed, as other guests said, the navigation address was the back door. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one young man on duty at the front desk. The only good impression I had on this B&B was the young man at the front desk. Help us open the room in advance and plug it in so that the electric water heater can heat up hot water first. When we entered the room, we wanted to wash up quickly and get up early the next day. But when we wanted to wash our hands, we found that there was no hand sanitizer. We went to the front desk and asked for hand sanitizer. After searching for a long time, I finally found it and said, ”Let's take a shower!” The sewer in the bathroom was still clogged, and the water on the floor had to seep halfway through the shower before it went down. Since it was too late and I was very tired, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding them to clear the sewer, so I had to make do with it. I was about to go to bed and found that there was no pillow on the small bed outside! That’s outrageous! I just took a pillow from the big bed in the back room and made do. I don't know how other people's stay was, but the limited hours we stayed here were really bad. We arrived so late, and the hotel staff had plenty of time. After tidying up the room, it was the first time for me to see that there were no pillows on the bed. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out the next day. Only the two ladies at the bottom of the stairs, I don’t know if they were room attendants, asked us to just leave our room cards at the front desk, which was very easy and quick. The scenery of Sailimu Lake is so beautiful, but there is really no reliable hotel nearby. I hope there will be one in the future!

The hygiene is average. When I returned to the hotel at night, I smelled a very bad smell from the sewer. There were moths or small insects flying around when I slept at night. The customer service staff was quite enthusiastic. The hotel has a good location, and the decoration and facilities are quite complete. Overall, it is good

When I came to Sailimu Lake 10 years ago, I stayed in a herdsman's tent. Now when I come again, there are hotels and homestays everywhere near the east gate. Although the scenic area is fenced off and charges a fee, the conditions are much better. Based on Ctrip's recommendation, I chose Shenmu Bluebird because it is the off-season and the price of 500 (excluding breakfast) is acceptable. Let me talk about the good things first: it is very close to the east gate of Saihu Lake, the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, because the location is not easy to find, check the navigation in advance. Because the temperature of the room we booked first was a bit low, the lady at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded it to a loft, which made the room bigger and warmer. But there are also some shortcomings. If the price is 2,000 during the peak season, there will definitely be complaints. First of all, the hygiene needs to be improved. Maybe because the room is large, some facilities are dusty. In addition, a hair was found on the bed sheet. The handsome room boy quickly helped us change the bed sheet. The bathroom smells a bit bad, which is quite unacceptable. Another thing is that there were ”holes” in two places in the room (see the last three photos). It was probably because it was the off-season and they were still renovating and upgrading. But my wife is particularly afraid of mice, so she is quite worried. But because we checked in late and upgraded the room, we didn't give any more feedback.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The homestay is about 2km away from the visitor center. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. You can call the boss to pick you up. It is more convenient to go back and forth to the visitor center. There are food stores around the homestay. If you want to eat stir-fried vegetables or snacks, you have to choose. The per capita 30-100, after all, the price at the entrance of the scenic spot is also normal ～. The room is on the upper and lower floors of the loft, there is no air conditioning, but it will not be cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no separation of dry and wet. The bath will spill the water in the bathroom. The bathroom is full of water stains. It is very comfortable to have a heater in the bath. The toilet does not have a socket to plug in the hair dryer. The whole floor has a socket in the living room. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can be used for three choices. It cannot be used at the same time, because the socket is not enough. This can be optimized. The price is a bit high, the price is not high, but the service and internal environment are good, it is recommended to live in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season ～

It is not big, but it is clean and bright. It is just that we are given a room on the first floor. We will be woken up by other early travelers passing by in the morning. The sound insulation is average. Hygiene: The room is relatively clean and the disposable toiletries are also complete. Environment: It may be still under construction. There is a pile of building materials on the right side after entering the gate, which is unsightly. It is recommended to deal with it. Service: The front desk staff is quite enthusiastic. They said that they upgraded the room type and gave breakfast for free, but they did not say this to everyone. It remains to be verified. Catering: I will focus on complaining about the breakfast. It is said to be free. In the restaurant, it is actually like a place for a big banquet. The environment is acceptable and looks cleaner. The dishes include pickles, cold dishes, two or three hot dishes, etc. Among them, the few meat dishes are celery beef, which tastes like beef slices in the supermarket. I was a little disappointed when I got the staple buns and small flower rolls. They were pre-made, but they were still cold when I put them in my mouth. I really can't stand it. Have you considered the feelings of customers? In summary, I understand that the room rate of Sailimu Lake will be more expensive during the holidays, but for a hotel of 1,099 yuan a night, eating cold rice is really unacceptable.
