Breakfast is incomparable with four-star and five-star hotels in the mainland, but the price is really high, it may be due to the peak season. Soundproofing is average, new guests in the corridor can hear loudly, but they fall asleep when they are tired. Health is also general, facilities are quite new. The front desk ladies are very nice, like a spring breeze, I also asked the weather situation of Sailimu Lake, the front desk lady also told me how to distinguish the weather the next day. The mineral water is not enough to drink, and I have given us more. The service is good. The car can be parked at the entrance of the hotel, which is quite convenient.

二刷賽里木湖和到店已經是差不多凌晨1點啊，意外的驚喜，楊店長很熱情的接待我們，還主動幫忙升級了房間，貼心的送了歡迎水果，房間真的很大啊，乾淨衞生，床比*朵的還舒服，床墊是25cm厚的，有承託力又不硬，最喜歡的是淋浴的蓬頭，比五星酒店的還大，出水強勁有力，熱水不是其他評論説的那樣，是温度穩定的熱水，沖涼很舒服，有點裝修的氣味和早上外面工地的噪音也是可以接受的範圍內，周朝周邊吃飯的地方很多，生活便利，這個是酒店式管理，楊店長很貼心的幫忙解決處理問題，處處為顧客着想，服務很到位，這個酒店比我去年入住的所謂的高檔公寓晚上沒人值班強多了個這個酒店，我個人認為挑的很成功，算是賽里木湖這邊最具性價比的酒店了

Based on Ctrip's recommendation, I chose Shenmu Bluebird because it is the off-season and the price of 500 (excluding breakfast) is acceptable. Let me talk about the good things first: it is very close to the east gate of Saihu Lake, the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, because the location is not easy to find, check the navigation in advance. Because the temperature of the room we booked first was a bit low, the lady at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded it to a loft, which made the room bigger and warmer. But there are also some shortcomings. If the price is 2,000 during the peak season, there will definitely be complaints. First of all, the hygiene needs to be improved. Maybe because the room is large, some facilities are dusty. In addition, a hair was found on the bed sheet. The handsome room boy quickly helped us change the bed sheet. The bathroom smells a bit bad, which is quite unacceptable. Another thing is that there were ”holes” in two places in the room (see the last three photos). It was probably because it was the off-season and they were still renovating and upgrading. But my wife is particularly afraid of mice, so she is quite worried. But because we checked in late and upgraded the room, we didn't give any more feedback.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

Sailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time! Very satisfied, must be five stars!

The hotel is very good! It is located in the northeast corner of Saihu Lake. You can see Saihu Lake and the sunset from the room. It takes 5 minutes to reach the tourist center. The hotel is very unique. I booked a family room. The front desk sent three breakfasts, which was very welcoming. The room view is amazing. The sanitation is also very clean. The electric toilet and the quilt are also very comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Saihu Lake~

The hotel has a first-class environment, facing the Sailimu Lake. Although it is far from the lake, you can see the lake. Other things are just average. The air conditioning is not powerful. The temperature in the room cannot be lowered in the afternoon with a high temperature of 36°. It is too hot. Fortunately, it is cooler at night and the air conditioning is not needed, which does not affect sleep.
