很無語，第二天早上退房前台沒人，打各種電話都沒人接，最後找到旁邊隱藏的門，敲了好久才響起個睡意十足的聲音，太誇張了，萬一出點什麼事呢？前台不是二十四小時的嗎？下午六七點到的，訂的2間房前台給的都是朝向差的首尾房，不給換，推脱説都滿了……房間含了早餐，前台讓留電話，她説會回覆我們最早的早餐時間，但是直到退房都沒消息……留電話時還讓我簽了張空白的承諾書，想想不對勁，退房的時候拿了一聯回來，這種國營的賓館就這服務的嗎？房間下水很慢，花灑出水也壞了，排雷吧！

洗浴沒有熱水，打電話説半小時維修，結果到早上都沒有。早餐服務態度超差，講什麼國際慣例，像吃她家飯一樣。絕對差評。酒店和服務員都是已經沒有熱情了！
