前台幾個女的就跟欠她錢一樣，態度極差，前台電話根本打不通，她們根本不接，房間無線網連不上，房間就是農村自建房，大門都是破的，九百多訂的，一晚衹值兩百塊錢

環境非常不錯，超出了我的預期，在賽里木湖東門不遠處，可以早起趕着看湖也可以睡到自然醒躲開早晨景區門口排隊擁擠，酒店裡有自己的飯店，也可以開車800米到附近吃飯，酒店的停車位不用擔心，十分充足，前後均可停。

全五分是幫爸媽評的，他們特別滿意。我們自己住下來感覺風景很好，位置很好，其他都比較一般。整體談不上什麼服務，衞生也還勉強。最後大家訂房務必看好，要選擇不帶公寓兩個字的，這裏才是酒店本體。公寓的話就是附近的小別墅，個人建議還是住在酒店區域。另外這裏因為不在景區內，是在遊客中心附近，所以不用擔心晚上賽湖關閉，可以放心晚一點過來。第二天再逛賽湖，還想來三刷賽湖。

避雷！價格高 設施賊差！前台服務員態度差，早餐不是一般差，基本到酒店就啥都沒有了。如果有可選的，真的憋住着個賓館！勸退！
