訂了兩晚的房間，每次一拔完房卡出門再進來就無法用房卡刷開門（需要去酒店前台二次激活），兩天都是這樣沒改變過，第一天下午直接停水停電，就這設施服務，不值1000多一晚的價格，真心建議去賽里木湖的旅客避雷這家酒店

入住的B棟203房間，loft，兩個洗手間都很臭，反味，就像住在化糞池一樣，很差的一次體驗。早餐非常簡單菜品少。吃早餐的時候瞭解到隔壁桌一家住的是3棟二層loft，一樣的衞生間很臭反味，而且都是在攜程平台購買的，我的700多一晚一間，他們是600多一晚一間，我多花了100多，體驗很差

豪華標間還是可以的，真的不錯，離賽里木湖景區風景很方便，早餐一般，建議遊玩人員提前預訂，避免loft，loft是個大坑，廁所很臭，排不出去，像是化糞池。
