The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. I have stayed in so many hotels, this hotel experience is really awesome! highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, and it is very convenient for transportation or shopping and dining. As soon as you enter the room, the clean and tidy environment makes people feel happy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has no smell and the toiletries are complete. The hotel staff is warm and kind, as warm as at home.

Bole All Seasons Hotel is located in a busy city and is convenient for travel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk on the first floor are very enthusiastic and the accommodation experience is very good. I am glad that I chose All Seasons. The only thing I want to complain about is the service in the breakfast room on the 20th floor of the hotel. In particular, a fat man has an unfriendly attitude towards guests and refuses breakfast guests to use the bathroom on the 20th floor. I hope it can be improved.

本來定的別的酒店，從高速下來進市區看到了這家，外觀大氣停車位多。果斷換酒店。沒讓人失望，甚至超出預期！環境乾淨整潔，房間內也很舒適。衞生間馬桶位置有點小，關門感覺有點擠。床頭、枕頭上有兩根頭髮，自己清理掉了，問題不大。早餐也很滿意，混沌很受歡迎，基本桌桌必點。前台少數名族小哥服務態度很好，保安姐姐也很好，很有禮貌很和善。整體入住感覺輕鬆又愉快！如果再來博樂還住這裏！

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The hygiene is good, and the bed and pillow are quite comfortable. The towels look clean and it is very quiet at night. The indoor facilities are quite complete. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
There are many restaurants around, and they are not far away.
The only drawback is that I didn't find a full-length mirror, and I personally don't like the toothpaste (Liangmianzhen) in the disposable toothbrush, and I always feel that it is not clean.
However, if a friend passes by Bole, I am still willing to recommend it. The hotel is quite unique.

Oh, and the sanitary napkin is next to the door. It is really super cold to go to the bathroom at night, including washing in the morning and evening. The hot water can only be used for 10-15 minutes. I can understand that the location determines it. However, every staff member I met here is very good. GGuest UserIn winter, it gets dark early and the snowy roads make it difficult to find a place. The room is very warm, with two electric heaters and good sanitary conditions. It is recommended to come here in summer, when it gets dark late and you can take pictures of the stars and sunset around the camp after playing. But it is not recommended in winter, especially for those who come back late or go to Sai Lake early in the morning to watch the sunrise. It is pitch black when you come back. It is still pitch black when you go out at 8:30 in the morning. All the lights in the camp are off, and you can't take pictures. The price is relatively not cost-effective.

The only drawback is that because I brought two children with me, I called the front desk at night to add a quilt, and a female staff member told me that there was one in the room cabinet. We searched for a long time but couldn't find one, and finally told me that the room couldn't add a quilt! I called a male staff member the second time and he sent me a quilt! The hotel facilities and location are good, but since it is a service industry, I hope that the staff can also be trained more! Don't let the service lower the level of the hotel! Hot water: sufficient, strong water flow (it is best to bring your own towels, bath gel and shampoo, the ones provided by the hotel are not reliable)
Room: normal and clean, the window is bigger than expected, and the room is bright after opening the curtains
Smell: I stayed in the second room on the left hand side of the 2nd floor, no odor
Service: The front desk clerk with long yellow hair gave people a negative feeling (the people who gave 1 points probably had a lot to do with her attitude. The hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot is understandable for its high price and average facilities, but it is not right to have a bad attitude for a lot of money), and the other front desk clerk was quite normal.
