The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

one of, if not, the best hotel we have stayed at. From the warm welcome at the reception, having our cases transferred to our room 1101 to the small tour given by Noah explaining where things were etc, the service is exceptional. This is by far a 5* hotel, not 4*. There are so many previous reviews with advice on excursions, getting buses so I would like to focus on hi lighting the hotel and the staff. The hotel is pristine clean, our room spotless with all the necessities for comfort; a huge comfortable bed, coffee making machine, great hairdryer, iron/board, toiletries, a powerful shower, TV, auto closing curtains via the room card, A/C; Food: delicious every time and so much to choose from. Pool; cold but welcoming in the Croatian heat. plenty of comfortable sunbeds with sun visors which Ive never seen before. Great for shade, reading books etc. yes the large industrial umbrellas were noisy when windy but expected given it's a rooftop terrace. They certainly provided plenty of shaded areas. Service; second to none. All the staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and spoke very good English. I would like to personally thank ; Leah, Nada, Iva and Antonio who were always so happy, took time out of their very busy services to chat ( gave us helpful tips on places to visits, ) took photos for us, and not forgetting the unseen staff, housekeepers, chefs, who worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was the best. We've just left this hotel after our first time here in Croatia. The hotel was everything we wanted and more. Its location was perfect for visits to Split and Omiš. The beach is just over the road. The area itself is quiet which we like. There is a small supermarket close by and the bus stop is about 100m down the road, with regular buses to travel into surrounding towns. The hotel is spotless and modern. The whole experience from check in to check out and everything in between was so smooth; all the staff are so friendly and helpful and make the stay so relaxing. We stayed bed and breakfast but also ate from the restaurant and around the pool and at the beach bar throughout out stay. The food was very good, reasonably priced in comparison to the local restaurants, and breakfast had a very good selection. Thanks to the breakfast chef for our perfect poached eggs each morning! The spa was a great, we used this on our last day and had an amazing massage. A special mention to Antonio, Petar and Iva who were so friendly, efficient and made good recommendations for food and drinks and helped us capture some photo memories....... thanks from room 306 🙂 We would definitely visit again and hope to visit Croatia again soon!

Just returned off of a 7 day holiday as a couple and I could not speak much better about this hotel. From the cleanliness, to the service, to the facilities, to the staff and the food. Everything is spot on. To start off we arrived early morning on a Thursday and our room was ready which was a big relief! Receptionist helped us with our bags to the 14th floor (we paid the extra to have the best room) and he gave us a full run through of all the facilities, breakfast, lunch and dinner services, everything about the room and what can be done down at the hotel private beach sector. The excursions they offer are fantastic also! The Blue Cave, Hvar, Blue lagoon excursion is a must if it’s within your budget. At 125 euros per person it is pricey but what you get within the full days excursion is well worth it. We also went for the zip lining as well, again stunning views and with 8 zip lines for 65 euros per person… for me it’s another must. This is an absolute essay of a review but I could write so much more🤣 The service at the pool and beach is personable and professional. The food as well is stunning. An absolute dream of a holiday and I have no idea how we’re gonna top it🤣 Thank you, from room 1403🙌

We had the best holiday ever. The hotel is stunning, the staff are so friendly & accommodating, the food is amazing! The beach is lovely & the water Crystal clear. Omiš is 10 minutes away and is a stunning old town. Would highly recommend 10/10

Where do I even start. This hotel has been the most incredible experience for me and my partner from the moment we arrived to the moment we left this morning. The receptionists have been so so helpful from showing us to our room, taking our bags for us, giving us a small tour of the building and giving us so much information to help us with our stay. They have helped us book excursions and gave us reasonable prices for what it was worth. We did the zip lining at €65pp and prepared us with what would be useful during the day and helped us with getting a transfer to the Omiš town. We also did a whole day tour which included visiting 4 different islands at €125pp, we visited the Blue Cave, Blue lagoon, Vis, Hvar, and Carpe Diem, spending 7am-6pm exploring (once again given a transfer to Split). These experiences were a once in a lifetime and we are so grateful we were able to experience them. If you’re visiting this hotel please ask about what excursions they have to offer!! There were so many. The hotel receptionists and housekeeping staff also helped me decorate the room for our anniversary (I provided the decor) and did this whilst we were out for the day. This was such a surprise and they even added small touches from themselves such as notes and crafted towels. So thoughtful! The food and drinks were all incredible and once again reasonably priced. We were able to put everything onto our room which was so easy to pay at the very end, this was such a relief for us as we didn’t have to worry about sorting bills every day. The hotel was always spotless, and had amazing facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzis, steam rooms and a wellness centre. The indoor pool was always quiet for us to relax when we had a long day, and the pools always had plenty of beds - we never had to fight for them lol. Most nights the hotel had live entertainment of incredible musicians which was always nice to listen to before we went up to our room on the night. Overall, this hotel was so surreal and we couldn’t thank them enough for such a wonderful stay. Thank you! From Room 1403

Just come back from this hotel. I went with my 7 year old. From the moment we came and until we left this was the best ever service we received. They made my daughter’s birthdays so special. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Thank you Lea Jelena Ivana Tanja Milo (chef). Some namesI forgot. My daughter was treated like a princess here. Everyone was so helpful. The hotel was so clean my room 1307 was the best view ever!! The veggie options were absolutely delicious!!! Honestly was in tears when I left! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best for us. We created some unforgettable memories. Thank you from Shazia and Anbiya xxx
