Europrime Boutique Hotel

This is a good place to stay, especially if you are leaving for work each morning and coming back at night. It operates more like a furnished space. therefore great for business travel mostly, not leisure.

Easy to access, breakfast served off-site currently. Ample additional parking spaces, own parking lockup garage down stairs. Few/minimal satellite TV channels. After 2200, call in for main gate access, no guest gate remote controls issued. Be on time back.

1. The toilet in my room was messed by someone who used the room before I got there. I had to call the staff member at your reception area to come see it and clean it. He also took photos of the mess and said he will speak to management. 2. There was spiders on the bed which I had to remove all the bedding, move and dust and make the bed when I arrived at the room. 3. Dinner and Breakfast was paid for on my booking and I was not informed that I needed to walk at 7pm on the streets of Boksburg to get dinner with a voucher. I was eventually told that there are 3 restaurants that I can order from but only 1 delivers which was delivered at 8:20pm cold and mushy. 4. Breakfast was paid for on my booking but I was told that I can only go for breakfast after 7am however I'm sure that most guest will leave around 7am to get to the offices which is exactly what time I needed to leave your establishment to get to work due to the normal JHB traffic. So no breakfast unfortunately as I also was required to walk to the restaurant to be served. Unfortunately, I can only rate this experience as VERY POOR!!!

Great and Comfortable stay-well located. Room very small, however perfect for an overnight trip. Fairly quiet, service from staff very good. television had ample channels except the sports for the rugby:)

For a quick overnight stay the room is sufficient, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated and very close to OR Tambo. It is also very secure and a bonus that there is a garage. The check in is quick and staff is friendly.

Lovely place for a quick overnight, however i did find the rooms and furniture need some updating. Our garage door couldnt lock or wasnt automated, but loved the safe parking. A nusic channel woyld be great. Also the towels were in a terrible cobdition with holes and unravelling, though they were clean. Plus our side table fell over when we moved it to plug in a charger, and broke a glass and had no way to clean it the hole one pedastal was broken off and just placed under it. Our booking sheet mentioned breakfast however we didnt recieve anything, have been given a voucher to news cafe on a previous occasion. Non the less we still had a good time. Thank you
