1. Staff here has no courtesy at all
2. They don’t even bother to drop you to the room, no one came when i asked to help me with my luggage
3. Staff came at 11:15 pm to get bill signed, i was sleep, woke me up. Unbelievable
4. Dirty sheets, room is barely hygienic
5. Overall staff have no clue how to treat a customer
6. Worst staff i have ever experienced in any hotel

This is my second visit and I am happy after changing the management. Service is very professional and customer oriented. Miss Punam from the restaurant. staff is very good in customer service and looks after customer satisfaction .I recommend this property for business travelers.
