I staying here several time and expecting next time they will develop there service but not at all. There is no filling difference between semi premium and premium rooms. Customers service also not upto the mark. I think they are not accepting sportingly of booked customers.

Location of property was good, staff behaviour was best as they tried to full fill all request even out of their jurisdiction. Room was neat and clean. Amenities were good. However staff should be more professional as they were waiting for guest instruction. They should know their dos and don't.
