The staff was super friendly & welcoming. Anything we needed, they were really quick to take care of us. I would definitely be staying, again, any time I'm in Boise area.

Sleep great
The stay itself was very relaxing, the bed so comfy, if you like softer beds that pillow around you, but the shower was awful and shower curtain didn't keep water in shower so water got everywhere and the water didn't adjust well

Horrible stay
The room was very run down. The window wouldn't close or open just stayed partially open. The air conditioner unit hard to operate. The door was not on correctly so you can hear everything walking by. They were testing their alarm system from 630am to 7am!

Good service...horrible room
After requesting a downstairs room for our friend who couldn't do stairs, we were given an upstairs room. One of the beds in the room was broken; if you sat on one side, you would fall on the floor. The outlet covers were installed incorrectly. Only one light in the room worked.

Our floor was dirty and sticky, you could see the residue from mopping. Mold on ceiling, residue from old trim that was torn off.
The stairs leading up were disgusting matted with hair and mud.

Do not stay here. It is old and run down and there were roaches in our room. Literally stay anywhere else.
