The breakfast was amazing! But the room was a let down. Expected it to be a lot more nice for how much it cost.

Great place to stay right on the river. Nice amenities and the breakfast buffet was included. This is now our go to place to stay when visiting Boise.

The hotel needs to have better service. The check in times were better during Covid. The mandatory 4 pm check in is just crazy. We have always checked in early. I don’t mind not having access to the room till after 4 pm but not check in early really. Plumbing issues I see but that day the maintenance people were very rude and not accommodating. I believe they are feed up with the hotel management in general and to showed.

It’s a great spot, within a short distance to downtown or the mall and freeway. The pool being open year round is super nice and Annie that waits on everyone at the pool couldn’t be nicer! The breakfast setup is legit too; couldn’t be happier with the stays I’ve had at Riverside!
