DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! The staff are very rude and asked for a $50 cash deposit.. if you want to stay at a very shady motel this is your place! The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They would not refund our money at all. I would give this place negative stars if it were an option.

STAY THE HELL AWAY. RUN FAST MAN RUN!!!!!
Our stay was terrible we were in room 211. The room is outdated, there was a hole in the bedspread, the bathroom door didn't completely shut. Now here is the worst and most disgusting part is our room had a mouse in it. We were told to follow the rules of the property with one being no cats. When we went to our room a room 2 doors down had a cat. After being so grossed out about the mouse I told the guy that was checking us out and he said yes that's one of our workers. All he said about the mouse was sorry. Would not recommend this place definitely would say to stay clear.

The people jn the office were short with answers and kinda rude ...the floors in the room were dirty ans sticky..trash under the beds...the shower/tub was peeling paint my kids didnt want to use the shower had to put towels down to use it

Gave someone else a key to my room while I was in it. ***** covered the sheets even after they washed the sheets. Burns on the sheets. Brown water coming out of shower. Shower was excessively loud. I could see outside while sleeping as curtain didn’t cover window length. Ac thermostat was broken and overheated room. Door was misshaped and could see through crack in doorway. No lock on window and could be opened from outside.

ITS AMAZING that The city of Boise allows the scam to be committed everyday by this rotten pile of a hotel. The woman running this place needs to investigated .This place couldn't be worse. How many terrible reviews are needed before something gets done about this . Unbelievable

The budget inn has gotten better it's all new staffed nice on the business side which is good. I honestly cannot blame the owner this isn't a good area. Protect what she worked hard for I respect that. The budget inn has improved they have cleaned thé area gotten new mattresses it always smells clean the towels are folded very nicely bathroom has been painted well cleaned. Always provided coffee and coffee pot. Laundry vicinities. The only thing I would give some advice on is the staff are too nosey I mean they gotta be I would agree on the property and room service I understand completely but that should be it. Great staff they are all a team you can tell. They take pride in their job that's nice to see. I feel I rated fair to the owner great work good example brutally hoñest. Good job guys.
