Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

The room smelled a little musky but the person at the front desk said they had just cleaned the carpets. A couple little things were broken in the room but the shower was good and the bed was super comfy/soft. Slept great! Overall a good experience

It was fine for a short stay. The beds could definitely be better quality.

I’ve spent quite a decent amount of money with this place, and I understand it’s not a 5 star resort ****** hotel, it’s a lower level economic location, but even with that in mind, it seems since the last time I was there on a more consistent basis, nearly all the front offices staff members are, uneducated/trained to be able to conduct their front desk properly, and should probably rethink a night of heavy drinking knowing their going to interact with the general public the next day IN A hospitality environment none the less. Housekeeping, that seems to be a place of in and out service, there residue of many different substances on and in bedside tables that never gets cleaned or wiped, beds that never get pulled way from the wall so there’s a collection of dust debris and false eyelashes even landed on the list. The bathrooms are lightly done, showers don’t appear to ever be touched to include the drains plugging as well as sinks. It could def be a gold Lowe economic place if they put some care into their job and the business.

The price was perfect for the night. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing.

Keys did not work abd had ti go back to the desk. Clerk was gone for a few minutes. Keys worked the second time. A/c was a little bit if a challenge to figure out and it was loud even on low setting. Room is fine, bed on tbe cushy side. Bathroom ok. Small toilet and a bit low. Hotel is right off freeway for easy access. Area looks fair. Not real noisy. Del Taco next door.

Unfortunately they only had caffeine-free coffee . Unacceptable! The property is pretth outdated and they need a remodel, but the beds & pillows were comfy. My tub didn’t drain well so I was standing in 4 inches of water by the end.

Make sure they will accept the card you're going to use before booking this hotel.... Because apparently they are very picky. Which is extremely ridiculous considering money is money. A card is card. If there's money on that card and it goes through it shouldn't matter. But apparently it does to only that hotel. I spent 2 hours looking for a hotel after I drove 7 and 1/2 hours having reservations already at that hotel because they would not accept my Visa debit card.
