The building is very poorly maintained. Reception staff very unfriendly. Rooms poorly cleaned. Staff can be heard talking very loudly in the bar in the building itself. Very disappointed. Pretty bad for the price.

We are never coming back because we were left disappointed. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, I believe it is nowhere near that standard. For what we received, the price is definitely too high... When we arrived, the reception gave us only one room key. No additional information was provided unless we asked ourselves. In the room, there was no bottle of water as stated on the internet. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom mirrors were dirty, there was no hand soap, and the TV had a frozen picture. The sound insulation was poor. They didn’t ask us about car parking, so we were free to park without an additional fee since no one checked anyway (the car was scratched after 2 days, security 0!!!). The experience in the aquapark was also bad! The pool water was too cold, the jacuzzi was also not sufficiently heated. The webpage contains conflicting information about the aquapark access on the day of checkout. One section states that it can be used until 11 AM at a cost of 10 EUR per person, while another FAQ page mentions access only until 10 AM, with a fee of 10 EUR per room. The website also states that the towel rental costs 3€, but in reality, it's 5€. Breakfast was average. The employees are polite but not sufficiently prepared.

Top...camerieri gentilissimi ,professionali sempre con il sorriso sia alla colazione che alle cena; il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto se potevamo portare via un panino per la bambina e non c'è stato alcun problema. Le camere sono pulite ,curate ,con letti comodi e molto silenziose. Il cibo è buono si trova tutto ,da vari primi a vari secondi sempre uno a base di pesce e uno di carne ,tanta verdura tanta frutta e tanti dolci.La colazione è fornitissima dolce, salato,caldo ,freddo,centrifughe frullati cereali ecc...ricca... Hotel è a 30 km dal lago di Bled ..bellissimo ma per il parcheggio ci vuole un mutuo 3€ ora...e a 12 km circa dal lago di Boihin...stupendo anche questo. Le terme sono abbastanza pulite ed in alcuni momenti affollate in quanto non sono solo ad uso esclusivo dell'Hotel.Le saune un po' piccoline . Ferie corte ma strepitose.. hotel consigliatissimo..Famiglia Biondin.

La struttura è veramente molto bella e soprattutto pulitissima. L'unica pecca è il personale della colazione. Non hanno compreso le esigenze di un bambino di due anni e mezzo. Abbiamo ricevuto un rimprovero per una banana che abbiamo portato via dalla sala colazione, visto che il bambino non aveva fatto una colazione abbondante (in quanto i tempi sono lenti e soprattutto mangia sporadicamente, tra un Gioco e l'altro). Per il resto tutto ok.

Au delà de Bohijn surfait et en surcapacité pendant l'été, cet hotel se donne des airs de 4 etoiles mais ne les vaut clairement pas Ils ont refait l'entrée mais les chambres sont restées au niveau 3 etoiles tout au plus Chambre / suite familiale basique, divan lit de pietre qualité Petit déjeuner médicore, que des produits standardisés, transformés, non qualitatifs Le aqua park date des années 70 et n'a appremment jamais été rénové Bref, une belle arnaque pour le prix Nous sommes partis plus tot que prévu. Nous avons essayé d'en parler avec le management qui a seulement trouvé bon de tout facturer et ne jamais meme daigner nous appeler ou nous contacter pour savoir quelles etaient les pistes d'amélioration

The hotel is beautiful but airco is not manageable by room. They put airco for entire hotel and that's it. The breakfast is not really full of choice. Swimming pool is ok even if on the pictures they were more funny games for little children than actually there.
