Clean but this is showing its age. Rips in carpet, holes in wall from presumably pictures removed, bubbling wallpaper (check out photos) and hot water in bathtub hard to regulate - either it's boiling hot or its cold. Light between beds had on/off button that had to be pushed in hard to turn it on or off. Air conditioner worked great on a hot day if that's any consolation. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, toast/waffles/English muffins to heat up, cereal, juice and coffee, and some fruit. Whether you're paying by cash or points, either is too much for this dump. It's convenient to the airport and it's almost like Wyndham doesn't care despite this being a La Quinta because they'll get travelers staying for a flight, they'll always get people staying no matter what.

This hotel is crying out for some Help! Carpet is beyond worn and dirty ,pieces missing. Bathroom has mold on ceiling and soap dish. Missing paint walls. Furniture is outdated. Damp smell in room .

Room was a dump that smelled like stale cigarettes. We stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms which obviously means they don’t bother cleaning them or doing any kind of maintenance. Everything was dirty, the shower barely turned on and the drywall had huge scratches in multiple areas. I won’t even go into detail about the carpet but bring slippers or plan on wearing shoes anytime you are in the room. Parking lot completely full every night when we returned. We had to make parking spots wherever we could fit the van. Never again.

I have stayed in a hotel in such poor condition since my spring break college days. La Quinta should be ashamed that this hotel is charging $379 a night. Pricing gouging in Florida is illegal but it must be allowed on New York! Upon getting off the elevator onto the 4th floor the hallway smelled med like deity feet. When I entered the room it smelled worse. The room was dirty, the walla paper was peeling off the walls and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. I went down to try and cancel my reservation but was told that I could not because I booked with a third party and needed to cancel with them. Unfortunately I was told by the 3rd party that the hotel had to cancel. I was held hostage in this terrible hotel. So, I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. When I got back To the room and finished cleaning I pulled back the comforter to discover thread bare sheets. I could see straight thru to the mattress. I notice that the maid was in the hall way and asked for more sheets and extra towels and was DENIED! I just checked to see what the rate is for this up coming weekend and was shocked to see that for a similar 3 day period LaQuinta is charging $139 a night. LaQuinta should refund me $717 which is the difference! Someone from upper level management needs to visit this hotel and stay there for three days. I am sure you would be mortified!!!

Upon arrival, the lobby had a strong musty and damp odor. After checking in and proceeding to our room, we were extremely disappointed with its condition. The carpet was visibly dirty, the door frames were unclean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There were only two towels provided, the shower did not function properly, and none of the electrical outlets were working. We approached the front desk to request a room change, and the staff was accommodating. However, after inspecting the second room before moving our belongings and children, we found it to be in even worse condition. It was equally unclean and had a strong odor masked by an air freshener. Given the unacceptable state of both rooms, we immediately packed our things and decided to leave the hotel. It was clear that staying the night under those conditions was not an option. We informed the front desk of the issues and were assured that we would receive a refund. We have stayed at this location many times in the past and have always had positive experiences. It was disappointing to see the decline in cleanliness and overall maintenance.

This hotel was awful! The room, while clean, needs attention ASAP. Peeling paint on walls & ceiling, broken lamp, missing wallboard in bathroom & rips all over the carpet. When we spoke to the front desk manager, we were told they know but are waiting for Wyndham to redo the rooms. It can't happen soon enough.

The staff was efficient and helpful but the property is in terrible condition. Carpeting is stained and bare, wallpaper is peeling and stained, the chairs are old and stained, cigarette burns on the dressers, desk and side table, pillows were pancakes, the room smelled of smoke and/or pets, the temperature dial in the shower was loose so it would not stay at the desired temp. This property needs a lot of work to make it a nice stay.
